At around 3:30 this morning there began a loud vibrating sound coming from the bathroom area. Thinking it was the hair dryer unplugged it. It was the outlet. Only parts of the room had power. The bathroom and heat source did not work. There was something sticky on the wall and carpet around where the heat source is plugged in. This had nothing to do with the earlier wind advisory that had been issued for the New England states. This is an ongoing and pre existing electrical issue in the building. I would expect something better from a company with Quality in their name and being this close to a NASCAR track. I don’t know if the meth cooker got overloaded or the long term resident had new appliances but this is not feeling like a very safe location.

Our room smelled like cigarettes smoke. The person next door smoked the whole weekend. There dog was loud. They tried to cover their cigarette smoke with axe. So we choked on cigarettes and axe all weekend. We should have requested a new room, however when checking out I told the front desk, the person running the desk expressed that they knew he was smoking in the room and he was already charged the cleaning fee. Next time if I’m in the same situation I will request a new room. The desk did apologize, just wish the had refund at least half of my stay for the discomfort. Also the pool wasn’t open for guests.

It was all great except for the pool being closed. If we would have known we would have stayed at another place. We stayed an extra day because we were planning on relaxing in the pool. Was not happy that it was closed it should have been stated on the site. We couldn't leave since it was already paid for.

The pool was closed and this was not stated on the website nor did they tell us when we arrived. Very noisy during the night. Food was mediocre at best. When I went to fill the ice bucket it was full of someone elses trash! How seriously do they take cleanliness when this happens?

Room was very clean. we did notice that the bathroom light flickered, which i reported from day 1. never got fixed, Tuesday thru Sunday stay. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was always good. Wish i knew there was no elevator.

Lobby and hallways were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpeting and linens looked updated. The problem was the bathroom. The shower rod was pulled out of the wall. It was a curved shower rod and turned sideways so it sloped down in the middle. This caused the shower curtain to hang only in the middle. After showering there is a huge pool of water on the floor. It looks like it’s been this way for a long time as the bottom of the door is swollen and rusted. Our stay was three days and not once did they make up our room once. We didn’t eat their breakfast.
