This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: ÂŁ1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a ÂŁ1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays Over 10 Nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an ÂŁ90 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
