We can’t wait to be back

From the moment we booked the host sent us an email. The week of the booking we had prior information sent to us. Their communication was amazing.When we arrived the parking was so close and only 6 a day, secure access, the apartment was spotless, and beds had clean white bedding and very comfortable. We had a small issue with the heating but with one message to the host this was sorted. Few wear and tear issues which had been caused from previous renters, but we would rebook in a heart beat. Location is perfect supermarket close by, an amazing Chinese that can walk to! Plus take away central! The tram is right across the road which was amazing! Two stops and you were in the heart of it !!! We love these hosts and their accommodation will rebook asap xx

Great location near transit.

Check in instructions are complicated and long but accurate. 1 stop from the train station on the tram and you're dropped off right there. After spending 4 days in a cramped apartment in London this was a welcome sight to having room to walk around again. Tremendously spacious living space and the shared bathroom was also huge. Very clean and nice.

Great Location, tired flat

I’ll preface this review by stating that it started out with a bit of a surprise which is of no fault of the owner. The previous tenant had started a small fire by accident and it left a smokey/burnt plastic smell in the unit. Nicole conveyed all of this to us prior to us checking in which was really helpful and offered to let us change units the following day. Great communication with Nicole throughout our stay. The flat itself, while nice to look at in pictures, suffers from VRBO fatigue. There are several examples of water damage in the unit as well as the building in general. For example, the floor boards in the unit near the kitchen sink are heavily warped, the skylights all show water ingress and the bathroom in the suite seems to have something happening beneath the floor as there are signs of water damage with rushed repairs. These issues are of no concern if you are just using this as a place to sleep. Finally, the location of this place was fantastic. There is a tram across the street to access everything downtown while also being plenty close to walk to a Man City game. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here but may look elsewhere if we find ourselves in Manchester again.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was really amazing. The beds were probably the comfiest we’ve slept on. The showers were very powerful . And we loved how modern everything was. The space is massive which we really loved as we wanted a getaway for Christmas. You have to go through several coded doors to get to the apartment and we loved that this made it feel very secure. The block is very quiet and we didn’t hear a peep from neighbours which we also loved as we wanted a relaxing break. Everything you could need is in the apartment and the massive smart TVs in each room were such a nice extra. There was a slight issue with one of the rooms but the hosy Natalie rang me in advance to let me know and it was sorted within 24 hrs. Nothing to complain about but really highlighted the hosts customer service. Natalie was contactable the whole time even on Christmas Eve. I would definitely stay here or with the hosts other properties again :)

Enjoyable stay

I cannot fault the overall accommodation and service we received for this quick trip. The property manager was thorough with her communication, always offering support. Her instructions were detailed and accurate on how to enter the property and despite our initial worries, if we stuck to her instructions, we wouldn't have faltered. The property was clean, bright, minimalist yet spacious but made our stay feel like a home away from home. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, it almost felt wrong snuggling in and not wanting to get out in the morning! In terms of convenience of location, this property is ideally located. There is a car park literally next door and is very reasonably price for overnight stay. Just opposite the building is a tram stop and it helps to feel connected to the city. We were able to walk to the various spots we intended to see easily as well. Thank you for making our trip to Manchester feel easy and special. I'd recommend for sure!
