The fully equipped kitchen, also situated on the ground floor, features a dining table and opens directly onto the garden with a pergola. This level is further complemented by a shower room with bidet and WC, as well as a separate WC.

The upper floor offers 2 additional generously proportioned bedrooms, each measuring 28 square meters.
