Ideally located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, just a few minutes' walk from the golf course and the seafront, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience. With its parking space, swimming pool, and tennis court within the residence, everything is in place for a most enjoyable stay.

The apartment features two master bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and a third smaller bedroom with a single bed. It also features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet). The living room and both master bedrooms open onto a magnificent terrace, the ideal spot for memorable summer evenings with friends or family.
