Appartamento Space Family is a modern vacation apartment within walking distance of the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast of Salento.

A spacious veranda of exclusive property welcomes guests, furnished with table and chairs, comfortable sofa, perfect for spending pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.
Space Family has the entrance to a small hallway from which you access the rest of the apartment. The living area is a modern eat-in kitchen, with an adjoining equipped veranda from which you can see the sea.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, two of them communicating with each other, one with en suite bathroom. The second shower room completes the apartment.

Space Family is a perfect vacation home for seaside stays, as it is only 100 meters from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast of Salento.
In the central area of San Pietro in Bevagna there are all the main services. From the house the center is only 2 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Reserved parking at 100 meters.
