Villa Karosella is a beautiful vacation villa with a large garden and elegant above-ground swimming pool , for rent for vacations on the beaches of Salento, in San Pietro in Bevagna, in Specchiarica.
The villa is complete with comforts and accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, dishwasher, electric oven, hairdryer, mosquito nets, ceiling blades etc.
The large garden is equipped with an above-ground pool, solarium, barbecue, outdoor shower and furnished spaces for relaxing in the cool or sunbathing.

Villa Karosella is a lovely villa set in a large verdant garden. A comfortable above-ground pool, framed by elegant wooden decking, is a real oasis where you can cool off, sunbathe, relax reading a good book.
The outdoor areas are furnished with sofas, tables and chairs. There`s also an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for summer dinners under the stars.
Upon entering the house, the entrance is into a spacious kitchen, complete with modern conveniences, such as the two dishwashers, which make it easy to manage lunches and dinners. Air conditioning makes the room cool and comfortable, while 1 double sofa bed provides additional space for guests.
VillaKarosella`ssleeping areaconsists of 2 double bedrooms, both air-conditioned, furnished with large closets and a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail is taken care of to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower and washing machine. There is also a small bathroom in the garden, as well as an outdoor shower to cool off after a dip in the pool or returning from the sea.
All windows are equipped with grates and mosquito nets to ensure pleasant ventilation without discomfort. This villa represents the perfect fusion of comfort and style, an ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality outdoors.

Villa Karosella is located in the locality of Specchiarica, in San Pietro in Bevagna, a seaside hamlet of the town of Manduria. The house is just 700 meters from the nearest beach, along a stretch of coast characterized by golden sand, crystal clear seabed and Mediterranean vegetation.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Air conditioner not in all rooms.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Above Ground Pool available from June to September. Opening pool in the low season euro 300.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
