The apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, access via French doors leads to the porch and private garden furnished with outdoor table and chairs. Finally, the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and complete with all fixtures completes the layout.



*The Residence swimming pool is seasonal and is open from 15 June to 15 September. Below are the opening times and days:



- from 1st to 15th June: weekends and public holidays only from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30;

- from 16th June to 15th September every day from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30;

- from 16th to 30th September weekends only from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and inland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Orientated Natural Reserve of the Rocca and the Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Valerio Catullo airport in Verona, which is only 50 minutes by car away, and from Desenzano del Garda train station, which is only 20 minutes by car away.
