If you are looking for a hotel in Hanoi where you feel welcome and at home, this is the place to go. Mia and her colleagues Angela, Giang, and Cindy help you with everything you need. They offer great service and a personal touch. Also Mia has a great network and can book you the best tours in Vietnam. For us she arranged a trekking tour in Sapa, and the Ha Giang Loop. Both great. In fact we liked the service so much we stayed at the Hanoi Indochine Premium twice

When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Mia, Angela, Cindy and Giang. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Dan and Hien. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.

Very clean rooms and excellent service from the staff, special thanks to Jenny, Mia, Giang, Danny and Cindy for helping us with our sightseeing and food recommendations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends, location is also right in the heart of Old Quarter which makes all the main tourist sights in the city walkable distance from the hotel, something we really apprechiated.

Location is perfect, no doubt. Everything is under 15 minutes walking. The staff is doing their 100% to fullfill your needs. The young team is energetic, smiling, Mia, Angela, Giang, I don’t remember all the names, but we are always greeted with a smile. We have booked simple rooms and a family room in the last day which is much more bigger . Should the room be available, I would choose a family room of four for the two of us next time. There is enough choices for breakfast , they change everyday and the food is very fresh.

They were attentive to our needs in the week we were there. We had an early trip to Sapa and they even packed breakfast for us so that we could eat on our way.

Stayed here with my siblings and cousin and had the best time in Hanoi. Location of this hotel was perfect, in a busy area with lots going on around us and even though our room was at the front of the hotel it was not loud at all. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Hanoi with most destinations in a short walking distance. The hotel room was lovely and everything we needed for our stay was available to us. The staff were incredible, super friendly, so helpful and just genuinely lovely people that cared about making your stay the best. We were greeted with delicious banana cake and tea and got told a little about the hotel and the area, and the staff were also very willing to help us with anything when we asked for recommendations from their favourite local restaurants to calling restaurants to check they were open to conversing with taxi drivers for us. Truly enjoyed our stay and the staff were really a highlight and memorable part of the stay!

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel , apart from having a great location in the very center of the old city and comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed rooms, has a wonderful staff that will make you feel like part of the family. I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.
