I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many famous attractions just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The overall experience was great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony and a great view of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak very good English, especially Mia. Breakfast was a nice selection, with some menu items available to order. It's centrally located, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The shower had good heat and pressure and the A.C. worked great.

The room was great. Our only reservation was that the window had no view (which we knew) but light comes in when other floors turn their lights on. A curtain would solve this. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Jennie arranged a Halong Bay cruise for us at short notice and a peak time and her communication was excellent. Mia and her colleagues on reception were very helpful. Breakfast is served in a sister hotel about 2 minutes away and you are escorted so you don't get the lost. The hotel is located in a quieter side road near the old quarter attractions. We walked everywhere.
