Welcome! We present a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (26.04SQM) on the 11th floor.
This is part of three adjacent units which is best for families and friends who want to stay together.

The building is new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness and functionality, ensuring you feel right at home.

REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.

From the outset, the unit within Makati's Red Residences scores very high marks for cleanliness, top condition, well maintained and managed. It is an ideal location, clean, modern, and well equipped unit – perfect for a few days in Makati. Communication with Grace and her team was very easy, and the photo directions for finding the place were a great help. Highly recommended!
