top-tier customer service

I had a great stay! They offer free parking on a first-come, first-served basis, which is super convenient if you or your guests have a vehicle. For longer stays (5 days or more), they also provide access to a washer, which really helps make things hassle-free.What stood out the most was their top-tier customer service—they always check in to make sure everything's going well. The cleanliness of the unit is on another level, and the staff—Glenn, Noli, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly polite and accommodating. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Alot of misrepresentation to this property listing. There are only 2 building towers built in this massive multi building property and it is all the way inside having to go through construction area to reach the unit. Arriving from a 14hr flight, the security guard would not allow us to park our vehicle in the area which does not make sense at all with all the parking stalls available (smh). My nephew and sister in law that picked us up from the airport just dropped us off at the lobby along with our luggages, no time to catch up and relax for a bit after a long flight. The listing says parking available and I messaged the property manager and she responded that if available is 650 pesos per day - about $10 Amenities listed include pool - for a charge of 150 pesos per person per day. Gym - there is no gym per the people @ the lobby - not sure if I would call it a front desk because this is not a hotel and they are not affiliated or work for the property manager. The unit is somewhat clean, but there are cockroaches mostly in the kitchen area. The shower floods when in use, the water does not drain well. My complaint is with Expedia and VRBO, how do you allow such listing to appear in your platform? Who validates the property listings of amenities? This property listing is dishonest with a few misrepresentations of amenities. I was able to cancel the rest of the bookings. Stayed in Grand Westside Hotel instead, with breakfast included and close to the airport - so happy!
