- Princeton Management cares the security and safety of each guest. So, they do randomly check guests' belongings. I'm asking for your patience and cooperation.

- There is timing for the collection of garbage and only 8pm at night. It's not allowed to leave your trash outside the door. Penalties will be charge to the guests.

-For POOL Access, please contact the Unit Owner at FBMESSENGER @URHOMEAtPrinceton to make arrangements. Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees (Php 150.00 for REGULAR days and Php 300.00 for HOLIDAYS. Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests.

Always observe pool guidelines: wear proper swimming attire, no eating/drinking in the pool & pool deck area & dry off before entering the lobby, violators will be issued a violation ticket with corresponding monetary penalty.
