We booked 2 rooms, at check in at 17H00 only 1 room was available. The second room was only available at 19H00. The staff was not friendly and helpful. Nobody even explain to you where your room is. There was nobody to help with the language. They really don't prioritise there customers. It seems like the hotel have a lot of children working at the front desk and no manager to manage them. I travel a lot and this was most probably the worst experience I ever had checking in to an hotel. The location is amazing and this have the potential to be a great hotel.

A nice overnight stay!
Room was very large and spacious. Beds very comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean and spacious too! Love the location which is very near MOA and walkable. The breakfast buffet has a very broad selection too! Enjoyed the overnight stay!

Very nice place excellent staff. Close to MOA and excellent breakfast buffet. Be cognizant of elevators which aren’t clearly defined we took the wrong one and ended up in a different residence(the guard refused to let us back into the elevator so we had to walk halfway down the block to get back to Golden Phoenix). Otherwise spacious room and a nice stay
