It was a short overnight stay. The place was very clean, reception was friendly and cordial. The biggest plus of the place is its location. It is inside Araneta Gateway 2 where you can shop and dine

Very good value for money. I love this hotel - room layouts maximize space, very clean, the staff was amazing. Special shoutout to the duty Manager, Jamie and housekeeping, Bert. They immediately addressed my concern. Location was excellent - everything I needed were just in the area.

This is a new hotel in the center of Araneta City that offers outstanding value and exceptional staff service. Although it does not provide active bell service, the front desk and security (concierge) staff are more than ready to assist guests who need assistance.

We had a great stay at Ibis! The staff was welcoming and attentive, always happy to answer our questions. The room was fantastic, and the pool was spotless. The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight of our second day! We'll definitely be back. You've gained a loyal promoter in me!

Disappointed!

The customer service is great when you check in & during my stay. After checking out, employees don’t seem to care anymore especially when I’m dragging the trolley with my suit cases down to the lobby & to the ground floor. Not one attendant assisted me with my suit cases. Unbelievable how they didn’t offer any assistance.
