Firstly be warned about booking a room here. What you see in the photos online looks nothing like the actual room that you are given. The websites are misleading. Staff at this hotel are not very welcoming. We also had a theft from our room involving some English and Philippine money which obviously was denied. I would seriously consider other places to stay.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Be warned when booking this accommodation with Expedia. Don't expect the room to look anything like what they advertise. It's totally different as in our case but Expedia don't care as long as they got your money.

Guest suggestion

So that your guests will be more convenient.. I would suggest that Need some additional things inside, like hangers in the closet, disposable sleepers, rack in the toilet for bath towel and recheck the television if it's working or not.. Provide lampshade each room .

Dirty beddings and towels. Noisy tenants. Unpleasant smell from the lobby. Different photo online vs actual. Very small room and uncomfortable. But location was good.

Bad experience

The people running the place were shady looking, had no proper front desk, didnt believe or reservation was made or paid for. Kept denying debit was used for payment.worst budget stay on earth.
