We are sharing our home with you that features a Scandinavian inspired minimalist deco. It is clean, bright, airy, and simple as the Swedish proverb goes "Lagom är bäst" literally means, "The right amount is best!"

This 1BR condominium is near Mall of Asia, DFA, US Embassy, SMX Convention Center and NAIA! It is your home away from home, the perfect weekend getaway without leaving the city!

BEDROOM :
🛏Full double bed will sleep 2 guests comfortably and is provided with linens of hotel quality, 4 Pillows & Duvet Blanket
Additional Floor mattress + Blanket may be requested at no extra cost.
Please let us know your sleeping arrangements prior to arrival.

Kitchen & Dining Area:

BATHROOM:
Shower heater, Bidet Hose & Spray
Automatic Washing Machine can be used for an extra fee of Php200/day. Please note that it is a spin dryer so the clothes will come out damp. Hanging clothes in the balcony is strictly prohibited and would be subject to a fine of Php500. For your convenience, a laundromat in the ground floor of the building is available 24/7.

GUEST KIT:
Please note that the Guest Kit is provided ONCE for a minimum stay of 2 nights and includes:
2 Bath Towels
1 Round Soap
1 20ml Bottle Shampoo with Conditioner
2 Toothbrush
1 Toothpaste
You can request for more at an additional fee. This also applies for long stays.

Access to pool is for a fee of Php150 ($3) each on Regular Days and/or Php300 ($6) on Holidays. Please let us know if you want to buy swimming passes so we can get it prior to your arrival. If the swimming passes are not ordered, you can purchase them from the building admin during their office hours 9AM-5PM (Mon-Sat).

The gym is only accessible for registered owners but the jogging path and children play area can be used by guests free of charge.

Guest access
The Lagom Home is located in the 15th floor of Shore 2 Tower 2. It is equipped with a smart door that can be opened with a pin code which will be provided at check in.

Other things to note
We would love to make your stay worthwhile! We provide the following add-on services:
A. Driver for Hire
If you need transportation services, we can provide a van with driver for an additional fee.

B. Airport Drop-off/Pickup
Pick up/Drop off services from the airport is also available. We have an Urvan to load big cargos , luggages, boxes.

C. Setup for Special Occasions
We can also set up for special occasions (i.e romantic dinner set up, birthday balloons, flowers, etc) Just send us a message!

IMPORTANT NOTE ON UNFORESEEN OUTAGES/NATURAL DISASTERS:
Natural disasters, acts of God, and large-scale outages of essential utilities like electricity and internet are beyond our control and we are not liable nor expected to issue a refund.
