Sailor's Delight - Remodeled and Super Cute!

Sailor's Delight is a fun, cozy, and comfortable 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in the heart of Manistee! It is an older home that has been beautifully remodeled with a bright and fun nautical theme and beachy summer tones. It sleeps 9 adults and is a great family getaway spot to explore all that northwest Michigan has to offer! It's just a short drive to downtown, the beach, the casino, or stores. We invite you to come and explore the beautiful rebuilding of Manistee that this home is part of!

The neighborhood is a mix of older homes of varying condition. Some are beautiful and in great shape and some are not.


THE SPACE:

The home has been recently remodeled and is attractively designed with a nautical / beachy theme throughout the house. The home has a fully-enclosed front porch for hanging out and relaxing. The kitchen has all appliances, including a dishwasher. The home has a very convenient main floor washer and dryer. It has window A/C units to keep things cool in summer. The home also has high-speed Wi-Fi and live streaming television including Hulu, Pure Flix, Fox Nation, Disney +, and Netflix.

Outside, the home has a cute backyard deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining furniture. There is also a small backyard with a bonfire ring and chairs.

There is a long driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles. It is recommended that guests have their own vehicle.

Perfect!

Darling house! Great location super close to shopping and most importantly the beach! Exceptional amenities from the large kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, to the provided puzzles and games for the kids. House was extra clean! We will definitely be back!

The house was very cute, very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a restful stay. Great location for access to Manistee, the river walk, 3 nearby beaches, and access to the many wonderful "up north" activities. Check-in and check out was a breeze -- a very easy communication with the property manager. It's close to a busy street, but it was still quiet and peaceful.

Great weekend getaway

This home was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the sunroom off the front and chess board. We all enjoyed some games of uno. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. The only aspect I would have changed was the shower, but it was more so due to age not dirtiness. Definitely recommend staying here and looking at it for next summer!

Very nice

Very nice place to stay. We had no problems finding or accessing the property. All the bedrooms are upstairs and very spacious. The only concern that I had was the stairs leading up to the bedrooms were kinda steep, but there’s handrails to help insist if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Overall, A+++ Would recommend!

Great stay

My husband and I were visiting Manistee with our parents. My parents were at the house with us, and my husband's parents stayed at a hotel nearby. The house was perfect! It was comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed. We loved the walkable neighborhood, the sun room, and grilling on the back deck. Having the two bathrooms was very helpful. The only potential issue was that the stair steps to the bedrooms were very steep and narrow, so it might be a challenge for older adults. We were careful, and managed fine.
