The hotel was convenient. The rooms were very small and throughout our stay, the hallway on the third floor getting off of the elevator had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. The pool area's floor was dirty with noticeable debris on the floor, hot tub had a yellowish colored water, the vents above the pool were all black that extended to the ceiling around the vents. At 9:00 AM, there was very little continental breakfast items available and the counters were filthy with spilled cereals and other food and liquid.- no one around cleaning up or refilling empty items. I'd sleep in my vehicle before staying at this hotel again.

Room was not ready for occupancy when I entered my room. Milk for cereal needed to be tossed. Sour tasting Shower in the swimming pool room was unavailable with junk on the floor of the shower. Should be properly marked with signage indicating that it is under repair.

Disappointment

Hard water stains in the tub. The room wouldn't cool down. We were all too warm all night. Very noisy. We could here everything in the adjacent rooms. Smelled like pot. Other guests knocking on doors all hours of the night, listening to music, etc. The pool was closed and the whole reason we chose this one was because it said it ha da pool. Breakfast was minimal - no fruit, no pastries really. Just cold cereal or wait in line for a waffle or toast. Too pricy for this level of disappointment.

There is a rattle in the showers wall. I reported it. Kept me up first night. It’s in shower wall. Second night we turned a sound machine on and bathroom fan to drown it out. Nice plug ins for work. Thank you.

It was a quick stay, the beds were comfortable, dog friendly, breakfast was meh. I’d stay again but definitely not for breakfast.

The property was dirty. The hotel was dirty. I do not believe that was house keeping fault. Lack of supplies and staff. You have to ask for any kind of house keeping. Trash removal, towels all of it. The breakfast was only fully out when management wasn't there and it was just left overs untill it was gone.The pool was freezing. The jacuzzi was as warm as the pool should have been. No towels in the pool area. Gotta ask and getting more than one tiny towel is a feet. Most of the staff were absolutely amazing accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. I didn't run into anyone in the hotel that was pleased with their stay. Dump was used alot. It was an average hotel. Great for folks who travel for work and just need a bed. The town was pretty. Not many options in that area. I'd stay there again. I would bring some cleaning supplies though. There was staff that definitely made up for the typical hotel inconveniences.

I booked 3 rooms double queens. One son had issue with getting even warm water for a shower (320). The only issue I had was this inconsistent banging ( it was louder in the bathroom (119), it wasn't water pipes. It was more like something metal that was loose and a current was causing it to bang. Very annoying.

The bed was not comfortable and only had two pillows. The hotel was very noisy. When we checked in we warned our room may not be cleaned due to shortage of housekeepers. But thankfully we received a clean room.

Shower did not work very well-it took some manipulation to get hot water. It looked like the tub faucet was coming off the wall and the tub drain was not working very well. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. It was very noisy. Dog barking in a room down from us.
