The space

Punto Final is an elegant and tropical-modern 7,000 square-foot villa (5,500 sq.ft. roofed and 1,500 sq.ft. terraces) featuring 5 bedrooms (all en-suite, with walk in closets) all overlooking the Pacific. Built on the point of the Peninsula facing the spectacular Manzanillo Bay and the Pacific, this villa is oriented southeast, maximizing sunny afternoons by the pool. The property is located in the exclusive gated community of La Punta on Peninsula Santiago, Manzanillo, only 35 minutes from Manzanillo International Airport (ZLO) - a 2h30min direct flight from Houston, 3h15min direct flight from Los Angeles, and a 40min flight from Mexico City.

Magnificent views of the ocean are visible from every room (3 bedrooms have private terraces) and the multiple glass-railed terraces of this modern villa. All bedrooms have new ceiling fans, flat screen smart TV’s with Apple TV, AC, en-suite fully modernized bathrooms, with walk-in closets and new custom built furniture, Sealy mattresses, and high end linens. This villa is decorated in a sophisticated, modern style, with updated surfaces and furnishings. Among the five bedrooms, there is a large primary bedroom suite on the main level with separate sleeping and sitting area, terrace, dressing room, two large walk in closets, and a massive walk in shower that features floor to ceiling glass to the garden (with privacy shade).

The spacious open living and dining room areas overlook the infinity pool, separate pool bar, and the Pacific Ocean. The stone deck also has a separate sitting area that jets out towards the ocean, with a fire table feature, enclosed with clear glass rails for uninterrupted views. Punto Final has a newly renovated heated swimming pool with infinity edge (500sq ft with 3.5’ - 5’] depth), swim up pool bar with seats, and separate pool bar sitting area / palapa.

The villa has a dedicated high speed internet connection with boosters in each bedroom and main room.

The magnificent open-air grand room is approximately 40 feet by 20 feet, which includes the main living room and dining area, facing the terrace, the Pacific Ocean, and 500 sq foot swimming pool. Twin vaulted custom-stained, up-lit Boveda ceilings float above the grand room punctuated by 2 custom-made chandeliers. The stone-work terrace is enclosed with glass rails for continuous 180 degree ocean views, and is flanked on one side by olive trees. A palapa canopy (with black bamboo struts imported from Ecuador) extends partially over the length of the terrace, so guests can choose full shade or sun all day long.

The Service - House Manager, Chef, Maid Service

The Villa is professionally managed by the house manager fluent in English and Spanish, and features a full time chef and maid. Our house manager has extensive experience in the luxury hospitality industry. He will arrange transportation, coordinate food and beverage purchases, and help curate every detail of your trip. Our chef is well versed in authentic Mexican cuisine, but can create culinary experiences - from Italian to local seafood - or whatever your heart desires. Our chef is able to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions. Our staff will take care of all of the shopping for your stay. Guests are responsible for the cost of food and beverages, and will presented a bill prior to check-out. Laundry service is complimentary.

The Community of La Punta

La Punta boasts a beautiful private beach and beach club for the exclusive use of owners and their invited guests. There are 4 outdoor tennis courts and a tennis pavilion, complete with a Tennis Pro for lessons, and rental equipment. There are approximately 170 homes in the community, for which there is 24/7 onsite security and maintenance. La Punta is home to business leaders and celebrities from around the world. When you visit La Punta, you will find magnificent views and tranquil serenity; the scenery and facilities are second to none.

Just outside the gates of La Punta sits the famous Hotel Las Hadas. Access to the facilities of Hotel Las Hadas is open to guests of La Punta. Hotel Las Hadas has its own 18-hole championship golf course, private marina, water sports, fishing boats, restaurants, piano bar, boutiques and shops.
