Welcome to the city! In one of the best areas of Mar del Plata, near the bus terminal! You will be accommodated in a private house, with 4 environments fully available to you. It has 105 square meters and a semi covered garage. All the extra details will be below in the accommodation information. We will give you a warm welcome in person as well as a small gift! We have everything ready for you to have an excellent stay in the city!

The house has two rooms on the top floor, each equipped with a queen, next to very comfortable mattresses acquired in the last year (spring mattresses).
In the upper room is the sofa bed, the TV with Directv, individual chairs and a rocking chair.
This area is fully heated with an independent balanced draft heater, in addition the space is very easy to ventilate. Being in height and close to the middle of the land, the bedrooms are very quiet, there will be no annoying noise problems.

On the lower floor is the living room, a large area very clearly. It is equipped with:
Kitchen with safety valves, fully functional.
Fridge with freezer.
Water heater (delivered on).
Crockery for 5 people, pans, dishes, cups, among other kitchen items.
They will be left with basic elements so that they can be handled in the first instance (salt, sugar, etc.).

The house is 8 blocks from the bus terminal.
In the corner is the bus stop that leaves them at:
Downtown area, 4 minutes.
Beaches 10 minutes away.
Güemes area 15 minutes away.

The neighborhood has greengrocers, warehouses, butchers, supermarkets, among others.

The house includes, Wifi of 9 megabytes, 40-inch LED TV, hair dryer, iron, Directv, detergent, matches, soap, a roll of toilet paper and sheets.
Clean sheets are delivered every 14 days.

Not included: Bath towels, shampoo, among others.
