Vacation Home Villa Gianna with Sea View, Terraces & Garden
The cosy holiday home with stunning sea views is located in Maracalagonis, a residential area on the south coast of Sardinia. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, mosquito nets, a fireplace, fans and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.
The property features a private garden and both a covered and open terrace with seating furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!
Despite the peaceful location of the holiday home, there are some small kiosks and bars in the area, and also a tennis court. All the essentials are just a short drive away. The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute drive away (1.5 km), as is the nearest supermarket. The beautiful Spiaggia di Genn’e Mari is just 6 minutes away by car (1.7 km). Take a day-trip to the seaside town of Villasimius, just 26 minutes away by car (18 km). Cagliari airport is 43 minutes away by car (42.7 km).
