1st Level of the Home (Outdoor Oasis):

Outside, soak up the Florida sun by the private pool, or fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue. Anglers will appreciate the convenience of the dockage, complete with a fish-cleaning station for preparing the day's catch. Two tandem kayaks are included for your leisure. There are also complimentary beach chairs for guests, and Coco Plum Beach is conveniently right down the road!

2nd Level of the Home:

Upon entering the main floor of this beautiful vacation home featuring coastal/aquatic decor, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living room featuring comfortable seating and a large smart TV. Step through the sliding doors to the expansive balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the pool and canal.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find an in-house washer and dryer for added convenience.

Retreat to the master bedroom, complete with a plush king bed, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and private entrance to the balcony. Down the hallway, three additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for guests. One bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and smart TV, while the remaining two bedrooms each offer two twin beds and smart TVs.


••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
