The Space:

Find your Happy Place at this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Key West-style townhome in Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Enjoy laid back canal-front living and a 35 ft. dock INCLUDED in your stay (Slip #42- Please refer to Dock Assignment Photo) located in the Boat House Marina next door. Step inside to find an open-concept living area with a Full/Queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to gather around the breakfast bar or relax on two levels of shaded outdoor balconies, equipped with an electric grill. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the canal views from both levels make every moment feel like vacation. Tucked among 6 acres of lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon offers a resort-style heated pool and grounds, all while being just minutes from restaurants, shopping and attractions.



**** ONGOING DOCK REPAIR PROJECT: The project will continue through at least April 14th 2026, with this timeline remaining tentative and subject to change based on weather and construction progress. ****There is another dock READY FOR YOUR USE: Boat slip #42 at the boat house marina****. A temporary fence restricts access to the dock behind the home for your safety. The rest of the property remains fully equipped!



Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. ***



BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:

Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily

Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.

These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.

No trailer storage reservations are needed.



When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Guests will have access to house, private balconies, grounds, pool.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.

The home was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked. Really helpful to have the washer and dryer available and pods included. The pool is a nice size and perfect temperature. When the construction clears up on the outside property, the whole complex will be so enjoyable!

We liked the location. The outside was disappointing as the work was right in front of our unit and causing dust and dirt. The inside area was nicely decorated. The kitchen well stocked. Towels were not good but plenty. Pillows needed to be replaced. Master bedroom was nice with a deck. The rug however is really stained. The Florida weather has been rough over the years and the unit needs deck paint.I have a rental on a beach in Maryland. I understand upkeep. We would like to rent again . Maybe a few perks will be welcomed.Thank you again

The property was in an ideal location. However, we were extremely disappointed when we arrived to find a very large barrier fence in the backyard blocking the view of the canal entirely. Not only that, but the canals sea walls were completely destroyed. All day Friday and Saturday we had a large barge in the backyard banging around, repairing the seawall. We knew there was some construction, but it was made out to be fairly minor, not a full demolition. Two days of our vacation were absent of our ability to sit and relax on the beautiful balconies overlooking the canal. We did enjoy the beautiful marina and the marina staff were fantastic. The boat slip was close proximity to our accommodations and was fantastic. The accommodations were clean and ready for our arrival. However, we would recommend that the primary bedroom mattress be replaced as it dips on both sides and dips at the head.Communication with the rental company was marginal at best. We let them know of our concern when we arrived, they initially replied and then never responded to further communications.

As good or better than advertised

The house was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The living room and 2 lanais were very nice, comfortable and well appointed. Master bedroom and ensuite was terrific. Other bedrooms and hall bathroom / shower very nice. Kitchen had everything, nice to have laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the Keys

The home was great, access to the canal was limited. Seems there was a small sink hole investigation. Luckily we decided not to rent a boat for the week and did not need access to the docking that should have been available. We were compensated for the inconvenience and In the end I would come back in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you will need. We brought our own necessities as well just to be sure we had everything. We were visiting for my Bday week from Stuart, FL and trailered our boat down. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t dock the boat directly behind the unit as we have done in the past with similar units in the same complex. So we had to pay an additional $30 daily for the trailer parking and the boat. Debbie that works at the marina was extremely friendly and helpful so it wasn’t that bad. Overall would definitely recommend, we had a great time and will definitely return.

Loved Happy Place

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys. We loved Happy Place in Coral Lagoon. The house was beautiful and had amazing views of the lagoon and inlet. We were able to view amazing sun rises. The decor of the home was beautiful and we were very comfortable. We loved the huge doors and decks of the living room and primary bedroom. The community pool was very relaxing. We were close to many restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this property!

Nice relaxing week.

Everything was nice accept the TVs. No HD so picture was very unclear. Maybe some tissues would be nice cause we used TP for nose. A few extra dish pods would be nice. Small bedroom with twin beds could use some hooks on the wall for hanging clothes because you couldn’t get in the closet. Just a few suggestions. We loved the pool. Very clean a quiet. Will stay there again
