This is exactly the sort of property you don't want to tell anyone else about, it's that good.We are already looking at returning. It's a good 20 min walk into town but that makes it so peaceful and exceptionally well kept.We were spoilt as there was no one else in the adjoining apartments but even though its overlooked am sure it would work all year round.

Beachcomber lovely but due to Covid the place was bare with just a few kitchen items in place.
Beachcomber lovely but due to Covid the place was bare with just a few kitchen items in place. The front garden and front door in need of some good maintenance as first impression was very poor. However once inside it was nice. The stairs are certainly not for anyone who may have mobility issues. All in all we had a lovely time as it is very well located but despite the lack of facilities including the hot tub, the cost of the cottage needs to be reduced more than 10% that we were offered. Loved the cottage and loved the area but the cleanliness and maintenance of the outside aread is in need of improvement.

We stayed in this lovely cottage at the end of August.
We stayed in this lovely cottage at the end of August. It was wet and windy for the most part but we didn't let that spoil our fun. The cottage is a terraced house as part of a L shaped building, so if you do venture onto the patio you will find you are overlooked from all sides which some people may find intimidating, however you are treated to a side view of St. Michaels Mount.
The cottage itself is lovely. Fully equipped with everything you might need including welcome pack of chocs, flowers, and washing up equipment (including handy dishwasher tabs). Freezer is very small though so don't plan on buying too much. 2 very comfortable bedrooms and small bathroom. Master bed opens onto small patio area, although disappointingly hot tub was out of commission for our visit (we were compensated for this) but it was a shame as this was one of the main reasons we had booked this cottage hence my lower score on value for money.
There were TV's with freeview in the bedrooms and Sky TV including movies in the living area and WiFi service was excellent, great for the kids! The upstairs area was homely and comfy.
Marazion is a 20 min walk down a gentle hill and there are a smattering of restaurants, bars, shops and a fish and chip shop. I would recommend booking in advance of your holiday. We can highly recommend the White Hart in Ludgvan (8 min drive away). There is also a Morrisons 5 mins away in the car with a McDonalds next door.
St Ives and Hayle beach are only a 20 min drive away so well worth a visit.
Overall a lovely cottage in a good location.

One of 6 cottages in L shape formation, gloriously overlooking St. Michaelâs Mount in Marazion. The cottage is next to the end. It is situated in a tranquil spot with excellent parking yet close enough to access all routes. The cottage is very well equipped with all facilities and is well furnished with good indoor and outdoor tables. The hot tub was unfortunately out of commission. The main ground floor bedroom possesses a very comfortable bed and there is a tv in both bedrooms. The cottage was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The owner was very helpful, contactable, friendly and welcoming.
