I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for the honesty in how the apartment was presented. The photos accurately reflected the space, so there were no surprises or disappointments upon arrival. The staff were attentive and responsive to our requests, and the location was extremely convenient. Thank you to the Banus Rentals team — I wouldn’t stay anywhere else or even consider other options. My only suggestion would be to offer more flexibility with the check-out time. An 11 AM check-out can feel quite early, especially if you have an evening flight home.

We had a wonderful time in Playas del Duque and are hoping to make a return visit once the summer months have ended. It really was perfection: light, airy, comfortable... The only two points I could pick up on were a couple of chipped mugs & bowls, and the pillows weren't particularly comfortable and we could have done with a couple more. But neither were bad enough to warrant marking it down! There was some significant maintenance in the patio area but you wouldn't know. The grounds are immaculate and apart from the last day, there are plenty of sunbeds available to move to your own preferred spot. Thank you for your help with booking and we will be in touch again soon!

The management company had excellent communication before and throughout our stay. The property is as pictured and is in central Puerto Banus around a 2 minute walk to Ocean Club and about a 5 minute walk to Puerto Banus Marina. We would highly recommend this property
