Bright exclusive villa situated in a residential area on the Marbella Golden Mile with great sea and mountain views. This south-facing villa is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with a big pool. Built on two levels plus a basement it comprises, on ground level: porch with fountain which leads to the main entrance; hall; living room; separate dining room; library with fireplace; all with access to the spacious terrace and garden; fully fitted new kitchen; two en-suite guest bedrooms; guest toilet. Upstairs: master en-suite with terrace which has magnificent views to garden and sea. Basement with a further en-suite bedroom and garage. This great property is situated within a three minute drive to Puerto Banus and the beach!


Visit the lovely old town of Marbella & enjoy a meal or drink in Orange Square only 10 minutes drive away.
Visit Puerto Banus: from shopping, to the fabulous port where you can take coffee or eat in some of the most exclusive restaurants in the area or, if you choose, dance the night away in the very chic nightclubs. If all of that is too much for you, you can choose to relax on the many beaches in the area.
You can also explore the Southern Coast of Spain and it´s many white villages and visit Granada to see the Alhambra Palace which is a famous fortress & monument of Arabic architecture. You can also visit Seville, which is a heart of Andalusia. The tax free haven of Gibraltar is a mere 45 minute drive. Excursion to Tangiers Morocco by ferry from Algerciras or Tarrifa (crossing time is 35 minutes).
This part of the Costa Del Sol enjoys a unique micro climate, averaging 320 days of sunshine a year. You can travel to the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada in 2 hours. You are in the middle of the famous Golf Valley offering something to all levels of golfers.

Really enjoyed staying in this villa, lots of room and we were especially thankful for en-suites in every bedroom. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. We parked the car in front of the entry gates and never had any issues as the street is quiet. We would stay here again.

Lovely spot on Golden Mile

This beautiful villa and its' location are perfect to enjoy the best of Marbella and surrounding areas. All the bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, and a pretty garden surrounds the pool.

Superb villa

This is a newly remodeled villa with every convenience imaginable. Dimitri is a great host who helped us immediately, if we had any concerns. It is a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Overall, this was a wonderful rental. Enjoy!

Perfect Villa

My friends and I have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely our favourite's. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. Nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property in Marbella

The villa is beautiful and very well presented. Excellent location, just a short drive or walk from the nearest shops and the beach, and the local taxi service is very good. The villa was very clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The villa also has many of the facilities you might need for a toddler - high chair, cot and lots of toys!

A Perfect Stay

Firstly, the communication in the run up to our stay with Elena and Dmitry was amazing. They dealt with all our requests quickly and with care. First impressions of their beautiful villa are impressive, and it’s thoughtfully and smartly decorated and furnished. All rooms are well maintained and sized for a larger family. The villa has all modern conveniences, and is spotlessly clean with little touches. Our kids loved the pool and trampoline! Honestly, one of the best villas we have stayed at, and one we would return to in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Splendid home

This was our first time in Marbella. We wanted a place with easy access to but not in the middle of a busy city center. The location fit that criteria perfectly. This home and property are immaculately kept and tastefully decorated. We wanted downtime as a family and were able to feel at home, and very comfortable in this space. We definitely prepare food and eat in.more than dining out and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also a secure home and the owners very attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Being winter, we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful pool. When asked my favorite part of the trip I easily say sitting out on the second floor patio enjoying a glass of wine while the kids read a book and enjoyed the sunsets

Great family friendly home

The property looked every bit as nice as the online images although the fourth bedroom and shower room were disappointing. The villa is an updated building which has had major improvements throughout, with the exception of the lower ground apartments. The garden is beautifully laid out and is kept to a high standard. The pool is clean and well maintained and proved a hit with the whole family, from 10 months to 70 year olds! We soon relaxed into a comfortable routine and enjoyed the comforts and cool of the open plan layout of all the public rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee lovers amongst us enjoyed having freshly ground coffee “on tap”. The provision for the children’s needs was terrific and everything was put to good use by our two little ones. Elena was very helpful in the run up to our arrival with helpful and positive responses to all our enquiries. Dimitry was also lovely and made us feel very welcome on arrival. He provided advice and guidance on local facilities and even arranged an airport transfer for us. He also organised a mid stay clean which provided fresh linens and kept the rooms immaculate. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend this villa with our only reservation being that bedroom four and it’s en-suite is not to the same standard as the main 3 bedrooms.
