It is distributed over two floors, with spacious master bedroom on the first floor with its double bed, ensuite bathroom, open walk-in wardrobe and back yard terrace. The second bedroom you find one level down with its double bed and en suite bathroom. As well the third bedroom that also have a separate bathroom and another terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and have dishwasher, toasters, kettle and coffee machine, connected with the kitchen you have the living room with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and access to the terrace. On the terrace you find another dining table and a lounge [hidden] the apartment there's fiber optic internet and a central hot and cold air conditioning system. For people travelling with children or older people there is an elevator and a private parking in the garage. Pool: Seasonal opening for the pool area is from 15 of June to 15 of september. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 11:00-20:00.
