Very spacious family villa with large private heated pool & beautiful sea views

Located in the quieter residential district of Marbella called Marbesa very close to numerous golden beaches including world renowned Nikki beach and just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
A leafy , tree lined street , pretty and quiet , takes you directly to the beach within 5 minutes walk.
The spacious villa offers peace and quiet with plenty of life just a stone's throw away. The property has a private pool ( optional heating on request) with large poolside area including pizza oven, barbecue and dining area as well as separate terrasse on each of the 3 floors.
Sea views from ground floor and first floor terrasse.
Delightful garden with fruit trees : lemons, mangoes, oranges, apricots, grapes and Mediterranean flora.
Andalusian character with a contemporary feel.
The villa is ideal for a large family or group as it can accommodate up to 16 people.
NOTE : hen or stags parties are strictly not accepted.

Very happy with the house and area

We were really happy with the house which fit the description and with the surrounding area. All was great for a 3 generation familly travelling right after Christmas. Easy contacts with the ownwer and cleaning lady. Would definitly go back!

TrĂšs belle maison / very beautiful house

Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour une famille et bien situĂ©e, prĂšs de la voie rapide A7 (comme elle est encaissĂ©e, le cadre est calme). Avec un supplĂ©ment de prix la piscine, grande, est bien chauffĂ©e. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas (annonce Ă  mettre Ă  jour). On peut se garer Ă  150 m. Le terrain pourrait ĂȘtre plus grand mais les citronniers sont magnifiques. L'ensemble est bien entretenu. Un jardinier et un pisciniste passent deux fois par semaine. L'hypermarchĂ© Alcampo (Auchan) et centre commercial Ă  conseiller sont Ă  La Canada Ă  1-2 km du centre de Marbella au nord-ouest. Le supermarchĂ© voisin Supercor, trĂšs propre est bien utile mais un peu cher (sur une sortie de l'A7). A voir en famille, le Butterfly Park Ă  Benalmadena et la pagode tout prĂšs. Et pour finir, Mireille est trĂšs sympathique et rĂ©active. Very well equipped house for a family and well located, near the A7 expressway (as it is in a trench, the setting is calm). With an additional price the swimming pool, large, is well heated. The jacuzzi was not working (ad to be updated). You can park 150 m away. The land could be bigger but the lemon trees are magnificent. The whole is well maintained. A gardener and a swimming pool specialist come twice a week. The Alcampo hypermarket (Auchan) and recommended shopping center are in La Canada, 1-2 km from the center of Marbella to the northwest. vacances familiales

villa trÚs chaleureuse et parfaite pour des vacances familiale; nous sommes trÚs heureux d'avoir fait chauffer la piscine en octobre: c'était génial Seul problÚme: à l'intérieur ,la table ronde ne comporte que 10 places; or nous étions 13!! Cuisine trÚs bien équipée, vaisselle abondante. A noter un grand tiroir avec vaisselle est instable!

We had such a wonderful stay with our extended family (14 people, aged 5-75yrs). The villa is gorgeous with a lovely clean pool, lots of space and a games room for the children. Located in a lovely, quiet area - the villa was walking distance to a small quiet beach, some lovely restaurant spots and a local shop. Only 5mins drive to Lidl and close proximity to the airport (30mins) and other towns (15mins) . The owner was on hand to help with anything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for large or groups of young families.

Perfecto para varias familias con hijos pequeños

Nos reunimos 5 familias con bebés y niños pequeños a pasar una semana a principios de agosto. La casa es muy amplia, cumple con todas las características del anuncio. Ademås la comunicación con los dueños siempre fue muy sencilla. La piscina es un gusto porque tiene delante la zona de césped, perfecta para los mås pequeños y muy cerca de la cocina lo que facilitaba la organización de las comidas.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The owners were incredibly helpful and the house was everything we hoped it would be. There was so much to do for both the young children and the adults. We enjoyed the beaches, the pool and loved venturing into Marbella. We all agreed that we would love to come back!

Huge traditional and beautiful villa perfect for our group of 12. So clean, lots of amenities and great location. The host had great communication with us and provided us with answers to any questions. Only issue was getting into the villa. I did not receive an email with instructions and couldn't get roaming to work so were stranded outside for a good hour without access or knowledge on how to access the villa. This is just a breakdown in communication however and would advise this is all arranged beforehand to avoid our drama. No complaints other than the neighbour who called the police TWICE on the first day which was absolutely uncalled for. We were in the pool with music down low and no rowdiness at all! God forbid people laugh and joke on their holiday. I can't imagine how he would have dealt with a family with kids. This is a huge downside unfortunately and did put a dampener on things. Thankfully he made no further complaints but not great when you save all year to go enjoy a week in the sun. Otherwise thank you so much to the host and I will recommend your villa to others! Beautiful.

A great villa!

This was such a perfect base for 13 of us
 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 children. Lots of lovely restaurants (& a gorgeous bakery) in the local area. Beautiful beach and the villa itself was just wonderful. Such a shame the jacuzzi in the main bathroom is out of action and the kids would have loved the water jets in the pool to have been working. But overall an excellent place that we would all highly recommend

Perfect location, lovely villa

This villa is very well located and a very good fit for a large group. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. I will say that the downstairs heat (as we went in February) didn't work too well and that the couch is in need of an upgrade (just not very comfortable) and the two guest bathroom had very slippery tubs, but we purchased some bathtub mats to keep them safe. But the overall experience was excellent and I would book this place again. The pool is lovely (even in February heated.) And Simbad's down the street is a true treasure with excellent food, great patio and good music.

Wonderful house in a loveley location

We were four families, eight adults and eight children, and this house was perfect for us! Lovely rooms and garden with a pool where the children loved to play. A big table outside where we could all sit and eat together and enjoy a good barbecue dinner. Beach and supermarket in walking distance. The host was available for questions at all times. A dream holiday

This property is all that is advertised, and more and good value for all on offer. We went as a family group for special reunion. There is plenty of room so you do not feel on top of each other. The villa is stunning and immaculate with plenty of activities to do. Pool beautiful and well kept. Hosts Mireille and Richard exceptional and very contactable. Lovely welcome and treat on arrival (thank you). Good location with nice places to visit (again thank you Mireille & Richard for clear welcome pack). All in all highly recommended this special place.
