House with pool for 5 people 15 km from Pula, quiet at the end of the village

This detached holiday villa with garden and private pool is located in a quiet location in the town of Marčana, which is only about ten minutes by car from the airport and fifteen minutes by car from the center of the well-known tourist resort of Pula. The private property is 100 meters from the main road.

The bright holiday home is colorfully decorated. It offers on 130 m² all modern comfort with functional design for five people. It has two harmoniously decorated bedrooms with a double bed in the first and a double and a single bed in the second room. Between the two rooms there is a cupboard. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with shower, toilet and washing machine. The second bathroom has a hydromassage tub, a double sink with storage space, a toilet and a bidet. The spacious, air-conditioned living room gets through the large windows much brightness. It consists of the seating area with sofa area in front of the TV, the modern dining area with glass table and the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all modern appliances.

Directly in front of the living room is the terrace furnished with comfortable wicker furniture. An awning provides shade when needed. Just in front of it is the 6 x 4 meter large, private pool. There are sun loungers available for guests on the lawn next to the pool. On the other side of the garden, a small playground is set up for the children. Furthermore, there is a small outbuilding with a fireplace, which can be used in the winter for barbecue parties. In summer there is the playroom with a kicker. For grilling you can then use the brick barbecue outside.

The property consists of two plots of land: the plot on which the villa is for the holiday guests and a second plot where the owner of the house lives. Both plots have separate entrances, so guests enjoy complete privacy, but can appeal to the owner if needed.

In the district on the other side of the main road, which you can reach in ten minutes on foot, lies the village center with small shops, market, grocers, post office and ATM. The local bar also has internet access. Only five minutes drive to the very good restaurants Luna or Vesna, whose owners produce delicious, Istrian cheese. Since it is only ten minutes drive to the nearest motorway exit, you can also explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. Worth seeing are the old city center of Pula or the Brijuni National Park. The next beach at Duga Uvala will take you fifteen minutes. The beautiful beaches of Pula invite you to sunbathe and swim. During the summer months of July and August, there are numerous festivals in the area.
