A charming house, recently completely renovated and equipped with every modern comfort, with one of the most beautiful views of Procchio and an extraordinary position in the center of the gulf. A path, in the middle of the private garden with pine trees and essences of the Mediterranean scrub, allows you to get to the beach in an instant. Overlooking the gulf with a garden that surrounds it and with exclusive outdoor spaces that allow you to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. A stone’s throw from the characteristic village of Procchio with small boutiques, bars and restaurants. A shaded terrace for outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge with ample seating and comfortable cushions for those moments of delicious total relaxation. On request we can arrange transfers by private car from the main airports, daily cleaning service, catering service, concierge service for restaurant reservations or private excursions. The house is recommended for an adult clientele.
The villa has a large living room at the entrance with a dining area and lounge, a separate equipped kitchen (with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer). On the same floor there is a beautiful double bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, with a French window that allows access to the sea-view terrace. Going down to the lower level, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), a small bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom. Halfway down the connecting staircase there is a small toilet without shower. The rooms on the ground floor all have access to the garden that overlooks the sea. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A path leads directly to the beach. An outdoor shower with hot water is available. The house is tastefully furnished preserving the simple elegance of old seaside houses. An additional single room can be avaiable on request.
