***We have finished the remodel! All new everything! (Kitchen, bathroom, sliding glass door and window, flooring, and furniture) On October 15 of 2020 we finished the remodel of the entire condo. The pictures are stunning!***

On September 28, 2020 we purchased unit 1006 directly above 906, if we don't have your desired date available just reach out and inquire! It is possible we may have availability in one of our two units!

***The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. We always rent SATURDAY - SATURDAY from January to mid April (in season), mid April - December we allow rentals on any day with a minimum 3-4 day stay***

Residents of Naples, Michael and Rhonda Sammons present this unbelievable 5 star beach front condo Apollo Unit 906 is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath 9th floor center unit with a 100% private balcony. The condo is located in the Apollo Condos directly on Marco Island Beach. ONLY the center units in the Apollo complex offer complete privacy, the other units balcony's are exposed to the unit next door to you.

We manage our own rental (so we have no rental agency fees of any kind) and we charge the lowest rates for a 1 week rental directly on Marco Island Beach. High speed internet and cable TV in the living room and the bedroom is included for free. The laundry room is 20 Feet from your unit for convenience. The unobstructed view from the private balcony is simply breath taking.

Located on the south end of the Island, 900 S. collier Blvd. Unit 906 is Ÿ of a mile south of the JW Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach ( 9th Floor Center Unit) and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door that opens up fully to warm ocean breezes. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is simply spectacular. You are directly on the beach for easy access the unit has direct beach access.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, New tiled floor and new furniture. and there is 1 queen sleeper/sofa in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, convection/microwave oven, refrigerator, dish washer, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and everything you will need to make your vacation perfect. The unit is equipped with HIGH SPEED Internet, 2 TVs / DVD player, all linens, bath towels, 6' thick beach towels, beach chairs and beach cooler (along with a beach cart to bring all the toys to the beach). The unit has a private balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing.

The Apollo condo complex has a huge heated pool, Hot Tub ,work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the SunSet Grill an elevator ride from your unit. The bar has great drink specials and was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida. Within less than a 1/2 mile walk are over 40 restaurants/bars and numerous shop and stores for exploring.

PLEASE NOTE AS OF OCTOBER 1ST 2015 There is a mandatory one time $45parking fee. The parking lot will now be gated and the only way in and out is with a special tag that activates the gate. In addition, there will also be a $75 deposit for this tag. This deposit will be refunded through the association at the end of your stay!

Fantastic condo!

I was impressed with the overall process of checking in and checking out. The grounds and condos are meticulously maintained. All staff was friendly and helpful. People staying there were nice. The view was gorgeous! The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable. Unit 906 highly recommend! When I had questions the owner responded quickly and was very nice. Love the white sand and turquoise water!

This is a beautiful condo right on an amazing beach. Very clean and what appears to be recently renovated unit. The owners are awesome to work with and very responsive. We plan to stay here again in the near future. Also great restaurants and shopping near by. You will love your stay!

Peaceful comfort

Had a great stay, condo was very comfortable with an amazing view. There are many details with the furnishings and amenities that I appreciated - from the hangers in the closet to the wifi/tv and beach towels. Great communication from the host, would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Cute condo!

Very cute place. Nice job on renovations. Only negatives I have are there was no traditional oven, only micro/convection. Pillows definitely need replacing and blackout drapes in bedroom would be nice. Lovely view of gulf from 9th floor however second elevator was out of service my entire stay. Also, way too many keys to use (front door/elevator/condo door). Overall I’d stay here again but wouldn’t recommend for two persons as condo is very small.

Absolutely wonderful!

We came to Marco Island for our 50th Anniversary. We couldn’t be more pleased with our accommodations. Everything was just like the pictures, and exceptionally clean. We did take our own pillows, which I was glad we did. But, then I like having my own with me. Just a personal choice. Rhonda and Michael were great to work with. Rhonda responded quickly with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again. The Apollo is doing work on the condo which was quite noisy. But, we weren’t around during most of this time and in order for them to keep maintenance up, someone has to be there during that time. So we made the best of it and it was looking very nice.

Magnificent Viiew

We enjoyed our 10 stay. Condo was just right for 2 people. It was nicely furnished and well equipped. ( Just as photos appear on website). Easy walk to the beach. Many restaurants in close proximity and nice to have a restaurant on site. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Laundry is close by but not in unit. Due to renovation, noise was an issue at times. Over all, it was a nice getaway.

This is our 2nd stay, and it’s just perfect for my husband and I. The location is great for restaurants and shopping. The sunsets from the balcony could not be beat.Rhonda and Mike are very responsive to any request. It’s a nice quiet building and we hope to come back again!

AMAZING, CLEAN, HOME AWAY FROM HOME WITH A PRISTINE VIEW!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful, updated condo for a week celebrating 26 years together. This was our first trip in 13 years without our teenage daughter so we were looking for a quiet, calm location similar to Sanibel Island that we could just relax and enjoy the week. This location was PERFECT! We could see each other on the beach from our balcony and it was right on the beach in a location that was SHELLS GALORE!!! The condo provided everything we needed AND THEN SOME! Great shower, great views, multiple pillows and linens to choose from, and the bed was good, yet firm. The pool is heated and hot tub was great during our chilly stay in the rain. Although it rained and experienced high winds most of our trip, we had the most wonderful time in this comfy condo! We never had to wait for an elevator and the bar and grill was convenient and delicious. We can’t wait to go back again during the warmer season with our teen! Thank you for a perfect week!

Location, Location, Location!

Wonderful location right on the beach. All beach equipment is included, chairs, umbrellas, towels, so you don't have to think. Clean and updated condo. Gracious and communicative hosts/front desk. The building was undergoing plumbing and power maintenance during the day, but that didn't bother us. King bed was very supportive. Not too firm for my wife, not too soft for me. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lastly an out of this world sunset view, which is a great close to the day and start of the night. Highly recommended.
