Welcome to the BEACH!
This is our cherished family retreat, cared for with many personal touches to make your stay as comfortable as home. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a completely remodeled gem located on the 15th floor in a prime beachfront location with absolutely stunning direct views of the Gulf of America.

Minimum Stay: 7 days (some exceptions may apply - please contact me to discuss and get full confirmation before booking anything less. Building rules say 7 nights minimum).

Master Bedroom:

Features a queen bed, breathtaking beach views, and direct lanai access through sliding glass doors.
Attached full bath with shower/tub—completely remodeled for a fresh, modern feel.
Wake up to stunning views that will take your breath away.
Guest Bedroom:

Queen-over-twin bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests.
Adjacent full bathroom with a stand-up shower—also completely remodeled.
Living Room:

Includes a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa (new as of 11/2020) with all linens, pillows, and blankets provided for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Kitchen & Dining:

Fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and small stackable washer/dryer.
Dining table seats 5, with additional counter seating for 3.
Lanai:

My favorite feature! Furnished with a table for 6 (perfect for dining or board games) and two cozy chairs for lounging with a glass of wine.
Enjoy stunning Marco Island sunsets and gentle ocean breezes from the comfort of your lanai.
Amenities:

5 beach chairs, an umbrella, 6 beach towels, beach toys, and boogie boards.
Access to private tennis courts (with pickleball on one side).
Two tennis rackets and balls, plus two pickleball paddles and balls, are available for your use.

Our condo is ideally situated, with plenty of activities and conveniences nearby:

Walking distance to restaurants (The Sunset Grill is next door!)
9 buildings down the beach from the Marriott, offering kayak, paddleboard, and Hobie Cat rentals, plus casual dining open to all.
Walking distance to a movie theater and additional dining options.
Marco Island is only 4 miles by 6 miles, so everything is a short drive away.
Insider Tips:

If you belong to a club (e.g., Yacht or Golf Club), check for reciprocity privileges on Marco Island.
Public golf options are available and enjoyable.
Boat rentals are plentiful but may require advance booking during the high season.
I’m happy to share my list of favorite restaurants and must-do activities to help you plan the perfect stay for your family. From dining to excursions, I can recommend options tailored to your group!

Beyond the Island:

Marco Island is a 30-minute drive to Naples, ideal for a day of upscale shopping and dining.
Book the fast ferry to Key West for an unforgettable adventure.
Travel Options:

Fly into Fort Myers International Airport (50 minutes away).
Other options include Fort Lauderdale or Miami airports (approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes by car).
Parking:
A one-time parking fee of $50 per stay is payable upon check-in to our condo management team. This rate is very reasonable compared to daily parking rates at other beachfront locations.

RĂšgles

House rule Highlights; There are standard Condominium living rules and regulation that are fairly standard to all condo or hotel living where one must be aware that there are other guests in building to consider. Condo rules and regulations will be forwarded upon booking and you can cancel (if within 60 days) if you disagree with any of them. We also welcome any specific questions before booking. There is a ban of porch lights and brightness from unit during the turtle season (July - Oct). The turtles lay their eggs and beach patrol puts a small fence around these eggs. The bright lights from unit CAN prevent the turtles from laying their eggs so this is a mandatory yet easy to abide by requirement during this season. The drapes can be easily pulled shut if you sit in brightness during the evening hours. There is a building rule that luggage and groceries must be brought in through SIDE building door. This is good for everyone so that lobby remains a place of quiet and comfort. The parking is for guests only and all others WILL be towed. Again, that is good for you because space will clearly be available for you, our guests:) LAUNDRY MUST BE STARTED at check out. Strict deposit rules will apply if the sheets are not started and place is not tidy with dishwasher loaded, etc. Please be aware that this is important part of the process because guests leave at 10am and new guests (or my family) arrive at 3pm. That leaves limited time for the place to be cleaned thoroughly and all the laundry to get done. We thank you for this necessary commitment. We maintain the right to EVICT if rules are not followed. We will NOT tolerate pets, smoking, excessive parties, drugs of ANY kind (Marijuana is not only under the "smoking" category but also considered a drug and subject to immediate eviction). This is a high end building with many long term residents and guests. We MUST comply with the integrity of the building and its other guests. Again, this benefits you and your family as well. Thank you for your attention to the ever so important standard rules and regulations that make our stay all that it should be:)

This anniversary trip was planned months ago yet we were NOT informed that the 15th floor balcony was under construction and unusable so relaxing on balcony nonexistent. Furniture old, broken down- SO uncomfortable. A/C went out Day2- owner response hours later, slept in HOT condo all night. Nightmare. Owner did refund a bit but not enough. BEWARE

First full week family vacation

We took a chance on our first family vacation that was a full week long and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at this property on Marco Island. The location was perfect and away from the crowds giving us our own personal beach and pool at times. The condo itself was perfect for the 5 of us without feeling on top of one another. The balcony was our main place yo hang out and eat with a great view and room for all to relax on. They provided us with beach equipment to enjoy the sand and so many other amenities to have a carefree stay. We highly recommed this host and location. Even in the storms, it was a sight to see.

Our family just recently got back from a 7 day stay at Ginny’s condo. It was beautiful! We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony each day overlooking the gulf & in the evenings for the beautiful sunset. The air conditioning in the unit worked great! The location of the condo is perfect! Close to many restaurants. The beach was perfect. Not very crowded at all. Beautiful white sand and warm gulf waters to swim in. One little suggestion would be to replace the small couch in the living room which seemed to “sink in” the middle. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for what we wanted! Open the slides and there’s the beach! Hosts were EXTREMELY responsive to our quick question and their overall set up is perfect for first timers. First off, the view is incredible being it’s on the 15th floor. Dolphins every morning with our coffee. Master bed was very comfortable. Nicely decorated and cozy for two people. Incredible location to mouth watering restaurants. Go To Snooks ! You’ll thank me. Beach was perfect along with the clarity of the ocean. Nice and convenient perk by having a cart and chairs at our leisure that came with the condo. The locals were so incredibly nice. Made us feel like we were at home. Location is convenient to the Everglades ( 45 minutes to Everglade City ). No hiccups with check in or check out. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Family Vacation

We really liked the condo. It was decorated nicely and felt homey. The view from the 15th floor balcony was stunning! We made use of the guest beach umbrellas, chairs and wagon each day and the walk to the beach was very convenient and easy. The beach is easily one of the most beautiful our family has visited, from the white sand to the seashells everywhere! We also sat by the pool a couple of times. Communication with the owner was great. Ginny is very responsive and willing to help with anything. Overall, a great place to stay!

Beautiful sunsets - wonderful stay in Marco!

We had a fantastic week with perfect sunny skies and the most beautiful view of the ocean from this condo. Everything was completely renovated and new and clean. The host was very organized and we never had any worries the whole time. This area of Marco Island is a quiet Section and is very relaxing place to stay - we would definitely come back to this condo and we’re sad to leave back to our chilly home. I am very fussy about rentals and found this place to be exceptional. You will not be disappointed! Beautiful location, could use some newer towels and remotes. Parking process is frustrating.

Gorgeous view! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It could have used some newer/better hand towels and wash cloths. There were only a few wash cloths and hand towels between the two bathrooms and they were a little ragged. Additionally, there were four tv remote controls total. Two did not have batteries and one did not work. We used the remaining remote for both of the televisions which were located in different rooms. That was a little annoying. The check-in process was mostly easy but when you get to the condo, you are supposed to check in at the front desk and pay for your parking pass. My husband tried to do this a few times when we arrived but no one was at the desk. Then, at some point between 4pm that night and the next morning at 8am (prior to checking the desk again) we got a written warning on our vehicle that it would be towed if we didn’t see the front desk to get our pass which is what we had been trying to do several times. It can be frustrating when you are trying to follow the rules but the staff is unavailable so you still end up getting slapped on the hand for something there was zero chance of preventing. Luckily, our vehicle was not towed and my husband did get a pass after several attempts. However, it does feel like there should be an easier process. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Tweaking a few things in the condo would have made it better.

Perfect gem

It was perfect for a family of three of us. We absolutely love cooking together then eating on the patio for brunch and dinners at sunset. The building is solid, the elevator was very quick and functional, always seemed to be waiting for us on the first floor when not in use , and the condo itself was meticulously thoughtful and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach as well as the property (tennis courts). We already booked to return as it really had everything we could need or want in a home away from home stay. Much gratitude!

We could not have been at a better place on Marco Island beach. We walked the beach everyday because of how incredibly convenient it was. Also, loved biking the interior of Marco. Our host was super responsive, provided helpful suggestions, and simply made everything feel like a personal relationship. Thank you!
