Enjoy fantastic views from the tip of Crescent Beach to the south to the Isle of Capri to the north. Every sunset is spectacular! Unit, including balcony, is tiled and freshly painted throughout. Kitchen has granite countertops and all new cabinetry and appliances. Dining area seats six.
Guest bedroom enjoys a queen, the master has two full beds, accommodating up to four guests. New verticals in living area and Bali Vertical blinds in both bedrooms. so pretty. DVD and VCR players, Bose Music Sound System, three TVs and full wireless internet access are provided in the unit as are a large beach cart, beach chairs. AMENITIES FOR ALL GUESTS Gated with 24-hour Security Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts (Court Fees Apply) Boat Slip Rentals (Additional Fees Apply) Exercise Room Short Walk to Tigertail Public Beach offering concession, barbeque grills, picnic tables, playground, restrooms, bird watching tower, small recreational water rentals. DISCLAIMER: Amenities and furnishings are subject to change without notice. South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day.
