Beachy and beautiful, this three-bedroom home is the perfect way to experience Marco Island. This recently remodeled home features designer finishes from floor to ceiling, including luxury vinyl plank flooring, high ceilings, high-end furniture, and an open-concept floor plan made for entertaining.
The front foyer is a sunny space that welcomes you home. The house opens up into the main living room, where you'll find a luxurious sectional in front of a flat-screen TV.
Gorgeous floors, island-inspired artwork, warm throw pillows, and designer details make this living room a warm and welcoming place to hang out.
The living room flows effortlessly into the chef's kitchen, where you'll find top-of-the-line appliances and a massive center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Stunning cabinets, sweeping granite counters, and drawers filled with kitchen essentials create a space made for a chef.
The poolside dining room features a farmhouse-style dining room table and seating for six. This is a great place to eat a family-style dinner together or open up your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get some work done. Need to sneak away for a quick nap or quiet conversation? The house was beautiful. I was however, disappointed overall. I don’t know if it was the owner or the property manager, but everything that was described as an issue in May (per review) continued to be an issue in July. The outside awnings did not work, the outside TV did not work, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, and the dish washer was inoperable. When I reported the dishwasher, Liz came out while we were there to take pictures. There was no communication with me as to what was being done. When I called the property management to ask, they informed me that a repair man had come out again to take a look, and he needed to order a part. I am seriously concerned that someone came into the property while we were not there, I still am not sure when that occurred. We also had a team of landscapers come prune bushes and palms in the backyard around the pool while my daughters and I were sunbathing which made for a very uncomfortable and awkward situation. One gentleman did inform me that they would not cut the lawn while we were there. Again the house is fantastic. But either the owner or the property manager need to tighten it up a bit.

Disappointed

Beautiful home. Property Manager was the most impersonal experience yet. Dishwasher was inoperable all week. No direction of any amenities. TV’s, (outdoor tv never worked all week), 2 cup coffee maker for house that could sleep 10 ( bought new pot and donated to the house). Lanai had awnings to keep the sun off, never could figure out how they worked. The house manual contained rules and regulations (fines associated for failing to obide), but no directions to amenities. Arrived to an 82 degree home which took all afternoon and into the evening to cool. Master bath tub wand was inoperative. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.I have rented many homes over the years for family vacations. This was an anomaly and weirdest experience yet. Mostly dealt with home owners directly who what you to have an enjoyable experience. This property management company spent no more than 10 seconds handing me a bag with door combination and garage opener, with an “enjoy your stay”, and more rules on returning said bag.Due to this experience, I will most likely look for alternative stays next year.

Great house to make great memories

We rented this beautiful house to allow us to have our 2 adult children and their significant's spend time in sunny Florida over Spring break. Everything was perfect from the new remodeled home to the outdoor pool and area, using the bikes to ride around the area, we couldn't have been more pleased. I'd recommend to anybody looking to rent in Marco Island.
