IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that from August 11, 2025, through Thanksgiving, the condominium will begin a Balcony Concrete Repair Project as part of a state-mandated milestone inspection initiative. While the project will proceed floor by floor, starting on the 17th floor, all units in the building will be affected at some point by construction noise, airborne dust, and balcony access restrictions, depending on the location of the work in relation to your unit.
