Charming Beachfront Condo | Pool, Spa & Views

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seawinds Condominium Association will begin renovations to the lobby and pool bathrooms on June 17, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise in those areas of the property. The Association will also conduct balcony repairs in the 01 and 02 stacks, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through November 1, 2026. Construction activities for this project will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub may be closed to ensure everyone's safety. Due to ongoing Association projects, only one parking space is allowed per unit.

When you step onto the balcony and look out at the endless expanse of turquoise ocean, you’ll notice birds flying by at the same height. That’s because birds understand this one simple truth: the view from the fifteenth floor is just about perfect.

This 1,000 square foot, 15th floor beachfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

Sitting at the balcony table with your morning coffee, you take in the panoramic view of the curving shoreline of the Paradise Coast and its miles of silken white sands. You can see dolphins playing in the surf. A bird flies by and gives you a look as if to say, “You see what I mean?” before swooping down to the water. It won’t be long before you too make your way down to the boardwalk leading from the Sea Winds to the beach.

The cozy interior is the perfect complement to the view. The furnishings are as comfortable as they are stylish. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the space with natural light. A conch shell sits near a lamp made from a glass fishing ball and a cabinet made of driftwood. These decorative touches create the atmosphere of a charming seaside cottage.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware, including everything you need to prepare your cocktail of choice to sip on the balcony as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange.

The master bedroom features sliding door access to the balcony. Open them and fall asleep to cooling ocean trade winds and the image of moonlight reflecting off the water.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Amenities surround you. Relax in the heated pool and hot tub. Play a game tennis.

If you want to do some shopping, you’re just a short walk from Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, small boutiques, salons, spas and plenty of fine dining options. Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

The condo was so cute! Beautiful views of the ocean. We saw dolphins every morning! I will say the facility itself is dated. The elevators were in rough condition. I hope they get those fixed soon. The pool is on the smaller side,but we are more ocean people so that didnt matter much.

The property was clean and beautifully updated , but the mattress in the master bedroom was a sunken in pit of misery. Fortunately, it was replaced for future guests. A box spring was brought in immediately because there were broken slats on the existing one. Too bad that they made us sleep on the old one for 4 more nights. The owners seemed to think that it was ok to buy one from Amazon instead of up the street at the furniture store that could have been delivered the same day ☹️

We were not disappointed with choosing 1505 Seawinds. The unit is in the upper levels of the Seawinds condo block, offering superb views of the beach with unprecedented privacy as it is not overlooked by any other buildings and directly on the beach. The facilities in the unit are of a high standard with very comfortable lounge area, master bedroom with patio door access direct onto balcony, fully equipped kitchen that allows freedom to either cater yourself or just do basics and eat out and beach equipment is also provided for spending lazy days on the beach. Excellently positioned on south end of beach with bar/restaurant next door and easy access to all other amenities on the island. We will be looking to rent this unit again on our next visit to “Paradise”.

Fun to watch all of the beach activity. Saw dolphins several times a day. Beach access was close and easy. There was plenty of chairs and beach stuff in the locker. The pool area is somewhat small, and only gets sun on one side (so get there early to secure a spot if that is what you are after).Check in was easy (both at Marco Island Vacation Properties and the condo itself). We never had much of a wait for elevators.It was just the 2 of us. Keep in mind the dishwasher is not full size, so ended up running it at least once a day. There were plenty of dishes, glassware and pots and pans. It was also nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit.

The owners did not cut any corners and it looks like it was renovated yesterday. Well stocked, clean pots and pans/sharp knives, beach bag, cooler and chairs provided and in great condition. Lounge chairs on balcony great, you can suntan right from your balcony if you’re working remote like I was. This is a typical old-school building that’s in need of a facelift, but you don’t even notice it once you step into the condo. Location, ideal, Sunset Grill, right next-door and can access from the beach. Walking distance to shop restaurants and movie theater at Winter Berry Drive three blocks away. I’ve stayed in this building before and there are not many units that are anywhere near this nice and up-to-date not to mention pristinely clean. I agree with other reviews that the couch is pretty uncomfortable, but that’s being really picky. I thought the bed was fine.

When we walked in after 10 hours of travel, there were crumbs and debris in the refrigerator and floor corners. There were dirty cups in the cabinet and fried food pieces in the kids bedroom, peanuts in the living room, and food pieces in the master closet. The sofa bed sheet had not been changed and was covered with what looked like Oreo crumbs and sand. I went to change one of the clocks at eye level for daylight savings time, and it was covered with what seemed like years of dust. Same for the drawers in the kids bedroom. To top it off, the refrigerator was warm and had no power, which we only noticed after purchasing groceries for our stay. This ended up being due to a blown fuse, which happened randomly and frequently throughout our stay. We would return to the room and the refrigerator light would be out so we knew the fuse had blown again. The property manager told us to keep switching the fuse in the box. We were also refunded our $200 cleaning fee. The unit has updated countertops and tile but is very cramped. The scale of the living room chairs and barstools is too big for the space. For example, there is no space on the floor for a full size suitcase without being in a walkway or in the way of something else. The building is adequate but outdated. One of the two elevators required repairs while we were there. The balcony and views are amazing but can’t make up for the other factors. We will return to Marco but not to any location with this property manager.

Perfect location!

Whenever we book a VRBO property, I always read the reviews very thoroughly, and I always appreciate when people leave thorough reviews. We are a family of five (my husband, me, and our three kids – ages 7, 5, 2.5), and we loved staying at this property! We have been on a lot of Florida vacations- to 30A, Fort Lauderdale, Sanibel Island, Anna Maria Island, and now Marco Island. We have to say that of the above, Marco Island is now our favorite. The views from this 15th-floor unit cannot be beat. Every night at 7:30, we would sit on the porch with our kids and watch the unbelievable sunsets. This unit worked really well for our family. Our two older kids shared the twin bedroom, and our toddler slept on an air mattress at the foot of our bed. You can’t beat being right on the beach. We loved the fact that there was a private locker filled with a beach wagon, noodles, beach chairs, and beach toys. The unit also came with several beach towels. All of this is so appreciated, because traveling with any of those is so difficult because they take up so much space in luggage. The heated pool was also a huge hit with our kids. It was clean, and we loved splitting our days going between the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. I reached out to the property manager ahead of time and found out that the coffee maker is a regular drip pot (I was planning on stopping at the grocery store before going to the unit, and needed to know if I should get ground coffee vs. Keurig pods). We found out on the last day that the building next-door, the Apollo, has a grill on the first floor where you can order food and/or drinks to either dine in or take out to the beach. We were unable to eat there, but some friends we made on the trip said it was great having it next door to our building. We had hoped to book this unit again for next year spring break, but it’s already booked the week that we would need it. We booked another unit in the same building because we enjoyed it so much.

The decor and updating of the unit made you feel right at home. The view is fabulous with sunsets everyday around 5:30. Could not wait to sit out on the balcony every night to watch the sunset. Everything about Unit 1505 met with our liking. The bed linens, plenty of clean towels and equipped kitchen were just what was noted in similar reviews. Can’t wait to be back and would request this unit for future trips to Marco Island.

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfectly located on the island. Right on the beach. My wife and I stayed with our 12 yr old son. It was the perfect size. It literally has everything you need for a beach vacation. The storage locker was equipped with a wagon and all sorts of beach toys. We purchased a new skim board, float and shovel that was broken. Since we had flown in we gladly left them for the future guest to enjoy. Even had beach towels and sunscreen under the sink. Just pack your bathing suits and toothbrush. We love Marco Island and will definitely be back. This will be our first choice of place to stay. Also great balcony for the beautiful sunsets!
