Here in the ideally positioned South Seas Club Condominiums, you'll be just a few steps from a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, tennis courts, and the sugar sand that the island is so famous for.

This high-rise condo is stylish and streamlined, with soft tones of white and gray that contribute to its understated elegance. As you step inside, you'll find a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and a double-door refrigerator with a freezer drawer) that opens to a breakfast bar and a glass-top dining table. But the focal point of this space is the incredible gulf-front view, with sliding doors that connect the living room to the private balcony overlooking the water and the beach. Enjoy free WiFi and central air conditioning throughout the condo, a flatscreen TV in the living room and each of the bedrooms, and a master suite that directly connects to the beachfront balcony.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

Watching the gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf from the balcony was one of the highlights of our trip! The condo itself was beautifully updated! Both the primary and secondary bedrooms have en-suite baths. Pool was nice and the beach was great! Morning Shelling on Tigertail beach is a must. We rented a pontoon and went out into the intercoastal waters and saw dolphins and manatees! Be sure to go to the farmers market on Wed. Mornings We enjoyed the nice restaurants on the island. Everything you need is right on the island. No need to venture out. We had a wonderful stay!

Terrible

This was the absolute worst vacation I have ever been on. Check in is at 4pm. Arrived at 4:10 and the room was not clean. Coffee was still in cups on the counter with mold growing in them. Contacted Vacasa (rental company) and they offered a McDonalds meal, which I refused. Several hours later the cleaning crew finally arrived. Did not get into the condo until 8:55 pm. I asked for a nights refund because we drove 14 hours and had nowhere to go. Vacasa told me they could only give me my $50 cleaning fee back. Spoke to numerous people, was told Vacasa was the worst to work with. The employees at the facility were rude and not kid friendly. Going to the pool as a family was horrible. I will never return to this place or book through Vacasa ever again. This is not a relaxing vacation spot. Waste of my money and my time.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. Loved the beautiful updated unit. Bed super comfy, and pool very nice. Was quite a walk to the oceans edge, and a lot of keys to manage but overall very nice!

Very nice condo

Great condo, nicely renovated, excellent view. I know some people complain about the walk to the beach but it’s not bad at all. We’ve been coming to Marco since the 70’s. The reason we love this location on the beach is that it’s literally the halfway point between the South and North end. Walk one way or the other and you have a nice 5.5 mile round trip walk. Each direction is its own experience. Tower 3-4 pool is well heated. $100 parking permit fyi. It’s perfect. Thank you!

First timers

Marco island is everything I had hoped and more. We had a wonderful week. Our condo was perfect. The only wish that I had was washer/dryer in my condo. And the beach was fabulous. But the 15 minute walk to the water was long, considering we’re lugging chairs and beach supplies. I was really wishing for a trolley service by the end of our week stay.

Frustrating start to suppose to be a relaxing vacation

1. Arrived with sheets on both beds having someone else's hair all over. As though they were not changed from previous guests. 2. No hot water in kitchen to clean dishes 3. No air conditioning. It was froze over. Had to shut off, dethaw, then restart. 4. Long, straight black hair on tiled floor. No one swept up. 5. Toilets were not clean. Had spots on them. Called VACASA 4 times to get all resolved. Was very frustrated after driving 16 hours to get to our what was suppose to be our relaxing vacation.

The white mile

Very nice condo and property but the "mile" walk to the ocean was ridiculous!!! Please consider supplying beach chairs/ cart/ towels for your guests that fly in from out of state. Will not be staying at this property again due to walking distance to the ocean. Also... the lady that "guards" the pool needs to chill out with the no jumping, no balls in pool and no snacks on the pool deck. Not really geared for families if you can't have fun at the pool.
