Unit offers breathtaking views of magnificent Crescent Beach and Gulf of Mexico. completely remodeled in 2014, luxuriously finished (granite in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, glass showers, etc.), tastefully furnished (contemporary italian furniture), 3 Flatscreen TVs and one VCR/DVD, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, dishes and silverware, utensils, pots nand pans, towels and linens, coffee maker. Extras include beach chairs and umbrella, tables and chairs on the balcony. There is also high speed internet service in the condo, free of charge. Exercise facilities available in the building, and tennis courts in complex.

Marco Island has something for everyone. Fishing charters and boat rentals are some of the island favorites. There are numerous golf courses located within fifteen minutes of Marco Island. Tennis courts are available on site in the South Seas Club complex. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of our condo. Close to Florida Everglades, where one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco’s quaint shops to the upscale 5th Avenue in Naples. Outlet shopping is available minutes off the island at the Prime Outlet Mall or the Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero. The Naples Philharmonic is famous for its live entertainment and Marco Movies, the island’s Movie Theater, is known for serving dinner, beer and wine, as well as traditional movie food favorites. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts. Marco Island is the perfect vacation spot for people of all ages. It is a vacationer’s paradise. This beautiful condominium has access to balcony from all three rooms with a great view of the gulf and crescent beach. As you walk out the door of the high-rise, the pool is right in front of you. Just beyond the pool is the boardwalk that leads to the enormous white-sand beaches of Marco Island.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Updated, comfortable condo. Everything was immaculate including grounds and building. The condo had everything we needed. The view and beach was beautiful. We especially liked the huge balcony with plenty of chairs and lounger. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

South Sea Resort Stay

This condo has been nicely updated. It was clean, comfortable,& well stocked. It has a great view of the beach. The owner was easy to work with and prompt to respond. We enjoyed are stay. The beach is extremely wide. A lot of room to spread out but a 7 min walk to the shoreline across the beach. There is a wide variety restaurants within a short drive - several in walking distance.

Great view of beach

We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the beach and sunrises. The property is comfortable and very clean. It is very well stocked. It takes about a 10 minute walk in the sand to get to the water but definitely worth it. The pool has plenty of chairs for those not wanting to walk There are quite a few restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Three different keys are needed to get throughout the property which is confusing at first. We had no safety concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco in August

Condo was very clean and completely updated. Communication with owner was the best I've ever experienced. Nice secure gated community. Beech was nice and gulf ocean waters very warm. Pool was also nice, and pool attendant actually enforced the rules, which made it better for everyone. Lots of rules, regs, keys and codes to keep track of, but the privacy and security is worth it. 👌

Very nice and clean condo! Great location on Marco Island. Close proximity to beach (note; Tiger tail beach is very large so bit of a walk to water) restaurants, retail shops, etc.

Absolutely Lovely Accommodations

Extremely clean and updated. We rent frequently on Marco Island, this is by far the most well thought out rental. The amenities include, but are not limited to soft, large towels, soft toilet paper, glass storage containers, sturdy beach umbrella and chairs, comfy outdoor rockers and comfortable and absolutely beautiful indoor accommodations. The owners have thoughtfully included all the necessities and nice-to-haves. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but worth it!

Beauty on the Beach

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach and gulf. Every convenience in lovely surroundings from the well appointed kitchen to the luxurious baths and very comfortable beds to a very responsive and helpful host. Mostly just my husband and I but we hosted 2 or 3 family members for a few nights and it was perfect! Thank you!

The owner was very responsive, kind, caring and an all around amazing person. The Condo was so clean, well stocked and everything was brand new. It is the best Condo my husband and I have ever stayed in . The owner would respond right away. The view is amazing. The beach area was not crowded and pristine. The ocean can be seen from the master and guest bedrooms. Also, the ocean view from the living room is outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this property.

Nicely decorated condo

The property owner was very prompt with all communication. Condo was sparkling clean when we arrived, and had a generous supply of basics like toilet paper, etc. The beach is very wide, so the walk to the water was longer than expected.

Beautiful condo and location

This was our first time to Marco in over 30 yrs; we enjoyed the condo very much, it had everything that we needed. People in the bldg were friendly. The check-in process was easy. The pool was beautiful and loved walking on the beach. Would definitely book again. The owners were very responsive to emails, and the wife called to check in after our arrival.

Great Vacation Condo!

We've stayed in many condos for vacation. This is by far the cleanest and most up to date condo we've been in. Everything you could need is there and ready to use, the owner is prompt, friendly, and thorough from the beginning until the checkout. The property has great amenities, a secure gated entrance, and lots of great things to do in the area.

Marco get away!

The individual condo was great! Updated , clean, well stocked, and great view! The building itself needs some updating and is is going through window replacement so the noise of drilling mon- fri is annoying. Just go to the beach and escape the noise . Loved the island atmosphere and restaurants.
