Waterfront Pool Home Modern and Upscale

This world class resort island has it all and this waterfront home is open bright and spacious. Built in 2000 and beautifully appointed and maintained. Chickee hut, dock, pool, lanai, with a sunny southwest exposure. Kayak and fish directly from the large dock. Explore the bays and natural waterways that lead out to private white sand beaches. Enjoy sunsets the by pool. Great shopping and dining are very close by and the beach is only two miles down the road. Boat rental can be delivered and picked up right from our private dock. (Please note there have been some changes to the furniture scheme including changing the third bedroom from bunk beds and a pull out to a queen size bed. Updated pictures available by request.) Sleeps 6.

Convenient and clean

We enjoyed our stay in Marco at this property. Best part is the lanai/pool and convenient exit to Marco Bridge by boat. Only part of description I missed is that this property is "lived in" and has personal items throughout the home. Master Bath is updated and clean with travel size soaps, shampoo, and conditioner for guest use. We did not cook during our stay, so not aware of the kitchen essentials. Very convenient location on the island for both car and boat. Thanks for hosting us!

Quiet getaway

We were looking for a change of scenery during these COVID times and this house was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaks. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodations were good. Beautiful home with a great view. Would have liked to have lounge chairs by the pool. Otherwise it was close to sore and not too far from the beach.

Quick fishing trip

Perfect home!
