Runcac - Holiday Apartment Rit with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Balcony

The rustically furnished holiday apartment Rit in the Runcac Residence is located in San Vigilio in South Tyrol, right in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a ski depot, storage for bicycles, and an e-bike charging station.



The apartment features a balcony where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the wonderful view. There is a garden with seating and sun loungers, as well as a playground for children. The sauna at the nearby campsite can be used for an additional fee.



Thanks to the ideal location, all essential facilities are just a short walk away. The nearest restaurant is only a two-minute walk away (210 m), and the nearest supermarket is reachable in eight minutes on foot (700 m). Numerous well-marked hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail lead directly from the residence into the hiking paradise of Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away). In winter, the Dolomiti Superski and Kronplatz ski areas offer excellent conditions for skiers.



Parking is available on the property (private, covered space on request). Pets are not allowed. A shared washing machine can be used for a fee. A baby cot is available for an additional charge. A free ski bus to Kronplatz (5 minutes travel time) is provided. There is no air conditioning. The Holiday Pass PREMIUM with free public transport in South Tyrol is included.
