Please note that some amenities are limited or unavailable during the fall, winter, and early spring months:
â The aluminum stairs from the dunes to the sandy beach are removed from November to April. Guests are still welcome to access the beach beyond the provided path, but please note that this is done at their own risk.
â The outdoor shower is unavailable and removed between November and April.
â The Gas BBQ in the communal outdoor kitchen is unavailable between November and April.

â 24/7 self-check-in is available: lockbox located near the main entrance.

â To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
