We only stayed one night but it was an excellent experience. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The property is lovely and the cabin itself was clean and cozy. We had our dog with us and so it was nice to be able to walk the grounds with her. We were booked in for dinner with our reservation and had a yummy meal with excellent service. I would definitely stay again.

Very cute little rustic cabins. No tvs which was awesome. Beautiful scenery with horses, some cows and even a donkey. A property with tons of character, a little off the path but well worth the drive. Thanks Dave and son 👍

Normaway Inn offers a peaceful and unique countryside experience, far away from the noise and crowds. The property is surrounded by beautiful rural scenery, and the quiet atmosphere made our stay feel especially relaxing. One of the highlights was spending the evening around the fire, which created a warm and memorable experience. The room was generally comfortable, although I think a little more attention to some housekeeping details would make the stay even better. Overall, it is a lovely choice for anyone looking for a calm, rustic escape in a beautiful natural setting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the power went out and unable to provide any meal services. The cabins need a lot of work to bring up to today's standards and no TV or radio in the cabin

The cabin itself was lovely, very rustic. The location was perfect for my family to fish the Margaree River pools. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cabin had cobwebs and quite dusty. The pullout bed was made but full of crumbs and dust bunnies. I believe it’s most likely from not being used and folded up inside the couch, if you have a hide a bed that doesn’t get used often you know. (Cleaning staff were great to deal with) The bathroom smelled musty All and all it wasn’t THAT bad. If a little more attention was given it could be a 10/10

The pictures are much nicer than reality. The animals are nice from a distance but dirty up close. They are well fed though. The house and the cabins are very musty smelling. They need new curtains and upholstery to get rid of that. The bones of the place are ok but it needs a really deep and extensive update. The food was good but not sure farm to table as described. Maybe we visited at the wrong time of year. If you’re a salmon fisherman and looking for bare essentials it will probably work fine. I’d stay in Beddeck next time.

A very pleasant stay

We stayed only one night here. Although the property is a bit older the buildings appear well cared for and the setting is lovely. We had a very clean and comfortable room . The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal in the dining room. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it.

The music, in such a cosy and intimate setting, was outstanding. The musician, Neal McDaniel, was very talented. All this was at no extra cost, although most guests left a gratuity.

The place was clean, still kept it’s rustic look. Taking a seat outside at night and watching the sparkling stars was great. Waking up to Animals such as horses and Cows, was a beautiful experience. Coffee and bread were fresh and waiting in the front desk. Highly recommend.

Owners were very accommodating and friendly. This is a historic property. It has an old fashioned social component with live music in the common area and several fire pits on the grounds. Walking trails begin on this working farm. Truly charming. We enjoyed our much needed relaxing stay. We are motorcycle riders and the location was perfect for the must do Cabot trail.

Staying the the Normaway Inn is like staying at a large BnB where you get to interact with some of the other people who are staying there. The night we happened to stay there, it was our good fortune to be one of the nights that a local folk musician was going to be playing in the "Living room". This was an added bonus.

We booked our stay online and we did book a cabin with a jet tub and tv as we had children travelling with us,however the cabin we had been given had just a regular tub and no tv. The cabin was very cute so we didn’t mind or big staff about the tv and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again! Lthanks and take care!
