Welcome to our charming seaside retreat in the beloved Margate!
This cosy and stylish home offers an ideal location and stunning sea views from the front of the house, making it the perfect getaway for those looking to relax by the coast.
Situated just a short walk from the beach, youâll be within easy reach of Margateâs lively Old Town, Dreamland amusement park, and a variety of shops, cafĂ©s, and restaurants.
Step inside and be greeted by a bright entrance hallway. To the left, youâll find the inviting living room, complete with two comfortable sofas, a stylish rug, lamp, and a smart TV with streaming apps. The dining area, which seats four, is positioned perfectly to take in the beautiful sea views as you enjoy your meals.
Connected to the living room is the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and even a blender for your morning smoothies.
Down the hallway, youâll find the first bedroom, featuring a snug double bed, wardrobe, and a bedside table with a lamp for a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Next door is the bathroom, fitted with a bathtub and shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and a heated towel radiator.
A small set of stairs at the end of the hallway leads to the master bedroom, a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe hanging space, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table with a lamp.
For added convenience, the hallway also features a storage cupboard stocked with all the essential cleaning supplies you might need during your stay.
You will have access to the entire property. I wonât be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only an 8 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space, however free parking can be found directly outside the property or on nearby streets, subject to availability.
Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer seaside retreat, our home offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and stunning coastal views. We look forward to hosting you!
Guests have access to the whole property. The apartment is accessed through a shared apartment building.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
âParties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of ÂŁ250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
âTravel cots with mattress can be provided at an additional cost of ÂŁ45. Please message us beforehand so that we can confirm availability. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding
âDURING YOUR STAY- My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
