Marvelous 4-bedroom house with AC in Maricopa

Located in Maricopa, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. This phenomenal property also includes an office with a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. A wonderful place to call homebase while you're away. It also offers a large Blackstone grill on the patio in the backyard for grilling or entertaining. This is a new home that has never been smoked in or had any pets in. The furniture is new and in perfect condition for relaxing in style and comfort. This beautiful home is located just across the street from Copper Sky Recreation center. Copper Sky Recreation offers a fitness center, multiple swimming pools that include lap pools and water slides along with a stocked pond for fishing and paddle boat rentals. The home is also located within a mile a half of the Ak- Chin casino where you can gamble, visit the movie theater, go bowling or enjoy the restaurant 's located inside the casino. We are also located within 3 miles of Wal- Mart and all the restaurants and shops that Maricopa has to offer. We hope you will will be right at home when you stay in our beautiful home away from home.
