NEW for 4p Bellevue district All is new in this superb 1 bdr apt on the 1st floor (2nd floor for us people) of a small building in a secure residence in front of the lagoon swimming pool Large terrace, amazing view sunset Living room with convertible sofa for 2p, connected TV, fully equipped kitchen Modular room with a choice of 2 single beds or a king size bed. Connected TV. Small balcony. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC Wifi, A/C, parking stores within walking distance close to town center

Guests can access to the whole condo and the swimming pool

The lagoon isn't swimmable Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. The accommodation is equipped with a water reserve which can help you out in the event of a water cut. There may also be power outages. These are the downsides of island life! We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability

Very close to stores of Bellevue : Monoprix, drugstore you have a car park space in the residence It is highly recommended to rent a car to explore the island. Don't hesitate to ask us for discount codes with our partners.
