Check in took too long.

Overall, it was ok. The only issue is that the front desk didn't have my information from hotels.com and asked me for a lot of different documents, including RG and CPF (Brazilian documents) which they don't have. It took about 30 mins to check in, too much after a long day.

O hotel estava em boas condições. Porém, muitas pessoas e o elevador desprogramava o andar, isso aconteceu mais de uma vez. O quarto a chave geral não funcionava, mas os atendentes foram super solícitos. O estacionamento é disponível mas é pago a parte.
