Great Stay!

Overall our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Home was clean, looked just as it did on the ad, and easy to find. The outside of the home could use some work, as there was not stake/lead attachment for our dog like it stated in the welcome message, but that wasn’t a huge issue. The other thing is there is no pathway from the driveway to the front of the house, unless you go around to the neighbors driveway. My grandfather is 89 and was hard for him to walk through the uneven grass to get in. Other than those few things, the home was very nice. Would stay here again

Beautiful House

Stayed for a 4 day baseball tournament at Pleasant Meadows and this house made the entire tournament relaxing. The house was super cute, comfortable and have everything we needed to wind down from and prepare for a day of baseball. Owner left great recommendations for food and things to do. They were very prompt answering any questions and it is close to EVERYTHING! Definitely a go to house for a quiet yet convenient vacation.

Quiet and comfy

Lovely little home with character. Walking distance to downtown Marion.Lots of towels, so we appreciated that!Washer and dryer were great to have as well. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautifully appointed home with everything you need

This home was perfect for what I needed! I really appreciate the attention to all of the details... from the lilac hand soap, coffee, and variety of teas in the kitchen to power strips with USB in all of the right places. The desk in the smaller bedroom was just what I needed to get some work done while traveling. The property was even better than described! Would love to stay here again in the future when visiting my daughter and family. Highly recommend! (or not, so I can stay here more often. ;-)

Adorable and cozy

Had a wonderful stay at this cute comfy house. Everything close by. Close to Cedar Rapids. Easy check in and check out. Great value! Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Great stay in a very comfortable home.

Tim Nash has worked hard to renovate this home in Marion. It is very nice place with a comfortable queen bed (didn't need to use the bunk beds in the other bedroom), nice linens, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen and a large new garage for our car. It is located in a quiet residential space with a nice front porch that has lounge chairs.... Couldn't ask for more!!!

Pet friendly

The home was small but that was expected. Home was clean and very basic kitchen supplies. Manager was very responsive and assisted us by bringing a fan over due to ceiling fan not operating. A few extra kitchen supplies would be beneficial such as cutting board and strainer. Once the yard is completed it will make for a nice outside space.

Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed our 6 night stay as a family. The bunk beds were perfect for our 6 and 8 year olds. They also loved having toys to play with! We walked to Frydae daily to grab ice cream and sometimes a little adult beverage. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. You wouldn’t believe the amount of available towels they had and how comfy they were 😍 Tip: the couch pulls out sooo easily, so you can fit the whole family for a night of relaxation. We will be back!

Cute, quite cottage

This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the cute downtown area of Marion. Host had a small box of chocolates from a local shop that was a nice welcome when I arrived. Cottage was clean and primary bed was comfy, however street lights shined in at night but there were blinds in the closet that I presume will be getting hung up to help with that. Although I did not travel with kids there were books and new toys for little ones as well as dishware which I thought was a nice touch. Host was helpful and responded very quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for visiting greater Cedar Rapids Area

I stayed here with my wife and two children (girls ages 1 & 4). This cottage was literally perfect for our family. The bunk beds with the adjoining door to the master bedroom was an ideal setup for us. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Infinitely better than any hotel option we had in the area! The cottage was also located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with lots to do and explore. Tim had some excellent recommendations for us as well. We even met the neighbors and they were so friendly & accommodating. Louis the cat was a big hit. We could tell that Tim is putting in the effort to make his cottage feel cozy and homey. We would absolutely stay here again any time we are in the area and would highly recommend it to others too. This is clearly an up-and-coming area and the place to be!

What a gem! This cottage is darling and cozy! The property is decorated so nicely and had everything we needed! The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. Location is perfect to downtown Marion. Highly recommend!!
