Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Prabhakar in reception was nice and helpful. Tasty food. Room service menu was also good. Nice and clean pool. Gym ok - machines rusty and noisy but can get things done. Recommend and will go again.

This is a nice hotel with good facilities: pool, gym, conference centre - all that is great. Front staff also nice and helpful . The one thing that is really POOR, and something I am always not looking forward is the breakfast. What a let down! I travel a lot and stay in various hotels in both UK and Europe - I have to say this is one of the worst breakfast you can get, just a tiny bit better that Travelodge (and there is come for free and not £19) - poor choice, options are boring, predictable, not at all health conscious, poor presentation and very mediocre quality.

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza on numerous occasions after the first time when we attended a near by wedding, we have tried alternative hotels but nothing comes close. We use all the facilities and everything is perfect the rooms are spacious modern and are always clean and we will return as soon as possible.

A vast improvement upon our stay last year. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms with all the things we value like minibar space for our own seasonal snacks & cheeses plus great pillow selection, excellent heating, great lighting, good magnifying mirrors in the bathroom and deep soaking tub.
