Lots of hair, just not ours

Room was terrible, hair on the bedsheets, hair, and dirt on the mats, dirt in the corners, it looks like nobody cleans. The front desk attendant was very helpful and apologetic. Ended up showing us more rooms, the next one was also dirty, the third one… Wow, at that time calling around everything else in Marseille was fully booked. Oh well.

We had a problem with our fridge when we first got to the hotel; it didn't cool properly and it had what looked like to be black mold at the back of it, though the staff swore it was cooling fluid. They said they would send someone to look at the fridge/change it but nobody came, even after asking more than 3 times. We had to put our food in a Ziploc bag inside the fridge just in case it wasn't actually cooling fluid... The rest of the room was clean though, and the staff was really nice. Just a pity about the fridge.

premiere et derniere

la chambre etait suffisante en terme d espace; pas de changement de draps tout les jours, uniquement deux serviettes fournies pour tout le sejour; pas de climatisation alors qu on est a Marseille quand meme, on se contente d'un ventilateur qui etait tres poussiereux donc pas adapté pour les personnes souffrant d asthme et sert à rien pour la ventilation car impuisssant, donc tres inconfortable, le rideau de douche est à changer car ca laisse passer l'eau sur le sol qui est deja en pente les equipements etait incomplet dans la chambre, et ne correspondent pas à ce qui est afficher dans le tableau des equipements fournis cet hotel est dans un quartier qui n'est pas propre avantages : metro CHARTREUX accessible à pied

Ménage pas fait. évier bouché. Ménage juste wc et douche fait, savon douche quantité insuffisante. Draps changés et serviettes propres. 2 ventilateurs, au top puisque pas de climatisation.

La vaisselle dans la chambre était rangée sale. Les lits grincent énormément au moindre mouvement. Malgré cela l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner ont été très agréables. Le parking en sous-terrain est sécurisé.
