Parking outside is almost impossible - park in the secure car park 200 metres up the road and walk. Nice hotel, but my water pressure was almost nil - the shower completely stopped for about 2 minutes and then came on cold. The staff are great, the breakfast is great, just some plumbing issues to sort out…

They did not have our Expedia reservation in the system. They had to look up reservation (using paper work I had bought for backup) and indicated that they almost did not have a room for us. Not a good thing when checking in to hotel after travel.

We arrived a little earlier than normal. Check-in , stuff was great accommodating. We like the location of the hotel very convenient to shopping restaurants in the port. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is the bedding was very old. The mattress was old. It was squeaky. The duvet covers were torn in several places. It just seemed that they could’ve done a better job maintaining some of the amenities in the room and replacing the aging mattresses.

Missing customer centricity

Reception refused to bring ironing board to the room as it was late (11:30) and I had to step down to the reception to collect it and bring it back. Room appeared a bit pricey for the cost.
